I purchased to hang a hammock and was expecting a thicker chain... That said, after careful review of the products specifications, the chain is working and easily supports the weight of two adults (normal vice super-sized).

Like most people, when I opened the packaging, I was sure that little chain wasn’t going to be able to support the weight of a hammock plus my 250+ pound fat a**. You can see how much thinner they are than the chain that comes attached to the hammock. But, ever the pragmatist, I figured I would give it a shot. Well, after an hour of relaxing, I wasn’t skeptical anymore. No issues. They worked like a charm. Time will tell if they truly are stainless steel. But, I’m not too worried about the looks. A little rust gives it that country feel I love so much.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I needed extra chains for my double hammock, per manufacturer recommendations. These were affordable and durable. I would recommend and repurchase if ever needed in the future.

I messed up and didn't read the reviews first. Didn't realize how tiny they were. Definitely won't trust them to hang a swing or hammock with them because I'm over 300lbs. I'll find another use for them with bondage 😉

These chains were ordered to help give a bit of length to the shorter chains there were included with my porch swing. The hooks don't seem to flex much so that's a good sign of build quality so far. I'll come back and update my review if these chains don't hold up.

The chain broke in several places landing my 80b child on the ground!
