Alexapure 3049 Breeze Energy-Efficient True HEPA + IonCluster Air Purification System – White

Every air filter at best buy has a CADR( Clean Air Delivery Rate) rating of 200 max. Online it says air filters that have a CADR rating bellow 300 is equivalent to a over priced fan. The 300$+ one at best buy had a CADR rating of 250 only filters up to 200-300 SQ ft and produced ozone by product which causes health problems. Out of every filter there nothing is even close to this one. Honestly can't believe they sell it this cheap. 800 square feet, no ozone by product, smart auto mode that changes fan speed accordingly as well as goes to sleep mode when lights go out. Nothing is even close to this and I am not over hyping it. This is a must have product and I recommend it to anyone who is seriously looking to buy a good quality air purifier.

Best filter system I have ever purchased!!!I was fist blow away at how quiet it runs. Seriously, there is no way anyone could possibly complain on the noise level.I love the fact that it monitors the air quality, and when it's clean the system turns the fan off. As the air quality lowers it will turn the fan back on.The last thing I was impressed with was the smell of the air coming out of it. I don't want to have the typical answer by saying it smells clean, but there is no other way i can explain it. It's honestly the best smelling air i have ever breathed.Update, after 3 months of using it, the air quality light stays blue all the time no matter what. I have cleaned the air sensor, reset the unit but to no avail. I have even placed it in the kitchen while we were cooking meat when you can clearly see the smoke in the air and it yet remains blue. I love the unit, but if it's detection fails so soon I am not happy about that.

It's relatively quiet, and seems to work when the filters are new. I replaced mine not long ago and the "clean light" keeps coming on even though I've cleaned the pre-filter so it doesn't seem to be working. The indicator lights are dual purpose so it's a little confusing. I'm going to call customer service to see why the clean filter light won't go out.After calling customer service, I'm bumping it from 3 to 4. He explained when I reset it I have to hold down the button until I hear a beep. Then he recommended pressing "mode" until it gets to the 2-speed icon and just leave it there. It's working again.

The product is only 6 months old and does not work. The filter needs cleaned frequently and when the filter needs replaced it shuts down the whole system. I would never recommend this product and have to now find someone to repair it. Truly disappointed. There is no number in the owner's manual to allow you to call for help either. If anyone knows a number please post it.

Wow, this thing is ridiculous, we bought 2. We just moved into a new house. The upstairs is carpeted, there was so much dust up there, it almost looked smokey. The air was very thick and dense. When you shined a flashlight at night it looked like you were in a (dust) snow globe. We plugged in (the 2 of them) the AlexaPure, and the light was red for a few hours, then made is way to blue. The air is no longer smokey or dense, our alleregies have noteably improved. My 5 year old can now sleep through the night without being awoken by her sniffles. The other day I decided to move one of the purifiers downstairs. That evening I was upstairs (where the purifier used to be) my eyes became itchy and my sinuses were inflamed. I immediatley fetched the purifier from downstairs and brought it back up. Upon returning the air purifier the light was red for 30 minutes or so...after about an hour my eyes stopped itching and my sinuses calmed down, i returned to normal. This purifier is the real deal!!!

I have been searching for the "right" air purifier for a long time and I finally found it! The Alexapure Breeze is fantastic. You will not find another air purifier than can cleanse 800 sq ft for the money, and that has such affordable filters that only need to be replaced every nine months to one year. I suffer from horrible allergies and I knew that the bad air in my house was contributing to my misery. When the Alexapure Breeze arrived I set it up immediately and turned it on. The thing lit up red and went on full power meaning that my air was bad. It stayed red for about half and hour and then went to purple and finally blue. I could tell the difference immediately. The machine is so smart; I leave it one auto all the time. When it detects bad air it jumps into action and does its thing. Once the air is clean it basically goes into sleep mode. So I've had this air purifier about 18 months - should it last longer? Seems like way too soon to no longer work for the $ it cost me - I paid $177. I've kept up with the maintenance on it - changed filters when indicated and kept it clean. In the last month I started noticing that odors no longer trigger it to clean when it's set to auto - If I set it to just clean mode it stays in the blue color and never changes color even if I'm changing nail polish (which also set it off before)...not sure whys it's no longer working. Very disappointed. I called the customer service # and had to leave a message for a return call...we'll see when I get one. :(Update: Customer service called me back - the guy was very nice - he suggested I just leave it on clean mode and though the colors don't change it seems to be cleaning the air ok...I feel better about it but still feel like it's not working like it should :(

Found this lil guy on INFOWARS dot com but they do not ship to Canada. Alex Jones products have always been great and this is no different. easy to use and very quiet! Apartment is now clean with no more stuffed up family. Thanks.

I've owned it for about a month. Just cleaned the pre filter today. The machine notifies you when to do it. I must say I don't use the auto mode because we have a lot of pet dander. It's on high to med all the time. And I can tell you the machine collects lots of fur and dander. So far I'm happy with it. And btw when in auto the night mode works great.

This thing is great! I have had a Winix P450 for the last few years. Also a great unit but this thing blows it out of the water. I can't get over how quite it is even on the High setting. I can comfortably watch TV and not be bothered by the sound. The turbo setting is a bit loud but still substantially quieter then my older Winix purifier.

First unit quit after one week. Full refund and purchased the exact same model. Working perfectly.
