Make sure you measure your ankle at night when the swelling is the biggest
This ankle pillow did not fit properly, my leg was too swollen.

Needs to be thicker
I found that though effective in keeping pressure off of the heel, It made my Achille’s tendon sore. Needs to be at least twice as thick

Too soft and also there is a gap that your feet gets trapped in
It is too soft to elevate your feet, and it collapses.Also, the design has a flaw, if you are awake it is okay. but if you want to sleep with it like me, after you roll during sleep, your feet get trapped in the gap. So, they will no be elevated anymore. I found another brand, not as beautiful as this one, but firmer and also with a smarter design so that there is no more gap! it works perfectly for my goal ( Avoid fluid retention in my leg).

Great product
These are so much better than boots. Easier to put on and remove. They don’t lose their shape. I totally love this product. Keeps the heel off the mattress. It totally does it’s job.
