I have to admit that my expectations were pretty low, so I could have been easily satisfied as long as the gig bag wasn't torn or otherwise damaged. All I wanted was something to protect my pineapple concert uke. I could not believe the fine quality of this case. The material is very durable. The padded straps are a nice and comfortable feature. The hook for hanging the case is well positioned and very secure. The handle is also secure. And yes, the zippers work just fine. It is lightly padded, more than sufficient protection when coupled with the durable outer lining. I didn't think I'd be thrilled about the light blue color, but it looks nice and the ribbing around the edges actually gives it a tasteful appearance. The blue version looks better in person than online. I was surprised given the price point. My ukulele fits comfortably in it. The only downside is that the pocket isn't large enough to hold much. Just my metronome. So I have to carry sheet music in my hand. Other than that, I'm impressed.

I'm very pleasantly surprised! It's much higher quality and lower priced than the last case I bought (that broke within a few days). I received the case as described. It has a great spacious outside pocket, and it snugly fits my concert sized uke. My uke has strap buttons as well, which makes it sometimes more difficult to find a case that zips easily, but this fits my uke AND its strap perfectly! I also wanna say that the tan trim on the light blue looks great, and the straps on the back are very comfortable. Backpack style straps are my favorite for carrying, but other cases tend to have shorter straps (as though made only for children). These straps adjust quite far, making it easy for children and adults of all sizes to carry comfortably. I also like the little added detail of the top loop to easily hang the bag on the wall. It's very convenient and easy to add it, but so many other brands overlook that small detail. Nice job, Hot Seal! Would purchase again!

I ordered 21" bag to fit my daughter's 21" ukelele. The bag is a little bigger so it fits 21" perfectly! My daughter loves it. Also they send me a free gift of nylon strings so I know I have a backup in case if any strings break. Good experience overall.

Materials were good, a good fit, and presented nicely.

I ordered according to the sizes given, and the case fits my ukulele with some length to spare. It has a reasonable amount of padding. I love the blue colour. I especially appreciate that the front zippered pocket extends above the body of the case, so it can hold a few items without any pressure on the uke.

Awesome little case - I got the smallest and it fits my soprano uke very snugly, but had no trouble closing. Came with free strings which I didn't realize! Very cute and feels sturdy.

I have a Lanikai concert ukelele. It fits it perfectly. This case is lightweight and great for taking my uke around town, just walking around. I can fit my cell phone, a small wallet, and a tuner in the outside pocket. I really like that it has that loop on the top ... I installed a coat hook on my wall specifically because of that, and now I've got a place to hang my ukelele. I also send up carrying the ukelele around by that loop sometimes. I like that this has a distressed, home-style look ... it doesn't look so corporate like some of the cases ... and it doesn't look too dorky like some of them with garish printed images, trying too hard to look cool, or to make a statement, I think. This one is just right.Added note: I like playing my uke while I'm walking around town, and when I do that, I fold this case in half and stuff it in my regular backpack. That works great, and that's something you can't do with a hard-shell case. Of course, this doesn't provide as much protection as a hard shell case. I bought a hard shell case (Gator Journeyman Series GW-JM UKE-CON Wooden Concert Ukulele Case) when I brought the uke on a trans-atlantic flight, and I'm so glad I did. I have had this case now for over 5 years. I love it. It is so comfortable to transport and the pocket in the front spacious!

Me gusto mucho mi funda, aun que en las fotos de la compra el color café es mas claro que el que te llega, a mi me llego una de color café un poco mas oscura, pero de igual manera ,me gusto.La calidad es buena por el precio que pague por ella.
