I get these a lot. They are good for the money but there are always a few funky ones that have rough edges and I can't use them.

I've been using these for close to 3 years now. Although the sliver finish smoothness had some variation over different batches, they were always good quality. The last couple of boxes of these, however, have contained many poorly finished bails, with jagged metal goop gaping out all over, making them unusable. As another recent reviewer stated, I'd say about 25% were unusable in the last couple of boxes of these.

These are great for making my jewelry.

They are not high quality so if you are planning on using them for more than cheap craft show products I would look elsewhere. I ordered them because I needed bails in this size and they were the only ones that were available quickly. They are very lightweight and have a visible seam.

This bails are a sophisticated looking loop when I applied them to my glass findings. I was working with glass findings which were very smooth on one side and rough on the back. The tweezer style bails wouldn't hold to the smooth side, but these held very nicely to the rough side, since they have a little rough texture on their leaf, leaving a nice sized, clean metal loop to attach the finding to my necklace.
