havent tried keeping onions very long yet it helps keeping everything from smelling like onions

I’m trying to cut back on using one-time use plastics. I have lots of re-usable bags and containers but didn’t want them to smell like onion for the next few uses. This is a designated onion container and is very easy to spot in the refrigerator. The onion smell is totally contained. And I joke with my guests how fancy it is, but seriously, it is a good product.

I was a bit skeptical, but was pleasantly surprised. As long as you close it tight, no onion smell in the fridge.

Dislike this item. The plastic it is made from is very light and it's hard to line up right to close. If not closed properly it makes the fridge smell of onion. Should be made of heavier plastic!

It keeps the smell out of the Refrigerator.

This is the second one that I have bought as the first one (yellow onion) has kept my onion for weeks longer than ever expected. I had to get a red one for my red onions so I can have both kinds in the refrigerator. It keeps the onion smell contained and the shape makes it easy to find in the veggie drawer, instead of a baggie of cut onions falling to the bottom of the drawer to be forgotten forever. Plus they are dishwasher safe! I am very impressed!!

Color is random, I order it for the red onion and received the regular onion now I have 2 of the same color....

Nothing but a plastic bowl. Thin plastic bowl. Not worth a dollar.
