This pad is BIG!
This pad is about as big as a disposable pair of underwear and has no adhesive. However, I used it for my mom who has complete incontinence. Doesn’t work with regular panties but works VERY well for her in an adult “diaper” cover. She is almost chairbound but walks a little. She wore it overnight and had no leaks, she wore it to the doctors today and had no leaks! So far so great!

The best for plus size women
I had been so desperate trying to find a pad that fit my big rumpus! I’ve wasted alot of money before I found these. I love them. Night or day, either one you will definitely be protected. I have to admit though, when I pulled one out of the bag my chin hit the floor!! Yes they are huge but so is my butt!! It took a few times until I learned the best way to place them but once you find the best way for yourself you have a winner. The only thing I would change about them is to add some sticky strips in the front and back. This is only to help hold them still while you pull up your underwear. 🤣🤣🤣.

Try this and don't get saves ice washing man and wet beds.
No more wet beds. Comfortable. Wonderful invention. Takes a few nights tight use to them but saves lots of laundry, bo more wet beds.

HUGE
First mistake was my own, didn't have any idea how large a "3XLarge" would be. They are HUGE. Cannot use them and cannot return them. Will donate to a nursing home. That said, I'm not sure I would like them in the correct size, very bulky. The pull on diaper works good enough.

NO ADHESIVE so must be worn with close-fitting underpants
These are wide enough to prevent side leaks but they are enormous and have NO ADHESIVE. (I didn't realize this when I ordered them and I recycled the carton so I can't return either package.) The pads are more like open diapers that have to be pressed against one's body before underpants are pulled up. (Perhaps that is easier to do when helping another person who is lying down, but it is tricky to manage this while standing up.) Once up, they tend to stay in place, but any use of the bathroom requires one to repeat the whole awkward process, which is especially difficult in the middle of the night. I bought these specifically because I wanted the extra width, but I'm not sure it is worth the trouble. The pads are probably super-absorbent and seem skin-friendly, but I may just donate everything to a food pantry that accepts hygiene products.

Could hold 2-3xs as much to last long
Love these. They hold a lot! But I wish they could hold more so there are no leaks at all.

Highly recommend . . .
I found the pad very comfortable and absorbent. I would have given this a 5 star but found it difficult to pull up underwear while holding the pad. I would buy it again and recommend it. If
