When the handy man arrived to instal microwave he found a dent in upper right side. First I would advise anyone who purchase a product and is going to have it installed to open package and inspect product. It would have saved me a big headache. The company did make good on the dent. I would say their mistake although it wasn't A mistake. This product was shipped back from another customer and the company turned around and shipped it to me. Not a good thing to do. They r to return $50. I will let u know if that happens. I had to jump a few hoops for them to make the offer. The last thing I sent them was a screen shot of another person saying they returned item with dent. That being said the product works very nicely. It is easy to use. Have to get used to the power. Its the difference between a small engine care and a big engine. There is a card board cover on the inside on the right side. Keep that there. Its to keep it from short circuiting. The fan is strong and there are two speeds. Last it is a lot quieter than my last one. I have only used the microwave six days, so far it runs good. I would definitely recommend it. Just be sure to take it out of the box and check it thoroughly.

Our FURRION Microwave in our RV gave up after 3 short years. During that time I had replaced the glass fuse and door latch more than once, it was infuriating, no pun intended.During my search for a replacement, I noticed that this Gasland unit looked very similar so I rolled the dice hoping that the installation templates were close. It turned out that the Gasland fit exactly in the same space, I even used the old mounting bracket. Install was a breeze, no drilling or cutting necessary!While this unit does not have the convection oven option (which we never used), it is considerably lighter, more powerful, and a bit quieter than the Furrion, plus its a couple of hundred dollars less.Let's see how long this unit lasts, but for the money it is a solid 4 stars!

I opened it up as soon as I got it and saw no damage to I bought this for a new home I was buying and hadn't checked it to see if it was working during the Amazon 30 day period. Finally got the house 2 months later. Unboxed it paid an electrician to help me install it, and remove old one. Got it hooked up turned on the breaker and heard some beeps and light on the inside of microwave was on. Called customer support they said the child lock was on, and to hold stop off button for 30 seconds. Nope that wasn't it. Tried turning off the breaker 3x. That didn't work. Tried to push the preference button to see if child lock was on, Nope. Light is still on inside. Pushed 1min on pad pressed start still won't start. Emailed support they turned it over to their engineering team that was 4 days ago , nothing back from engineering team. So I see Lowes sells the same one. If I don't hear back from the engineering team soon I will buy a different brand from a brick and Mortar. Do yourself a favor and do the same at least you can check if something works right in the store. Would give this a zero, but at least someone talked to me from there customer support.

I purchased a microwave from this company some time ago and was impressed with the performance. Attractive, strongly built, and all-around quality. Things happen and I had an issue with the door jamming. I contacted the company and they honored the warranty instantly. They offered me a choice of either a refund or a replacement. I asked for a replacement as I was so impressed with its performance. The dual lights below the machine provide enhanced visual details for the stovetop. Their customer service, quite simply, brilliant. I highly recommend them. 5-stars. Eric Dennison

This microwave fit exactly as described. It was easy to install and works perfectly. I am very pleased with it. It boils water quickly and the expanded instant1- 9 minute cook function is really helpful. It is so very quiet too. I didn’t expect that. This replaced a kenmore unit and fit on the kenmore wall frame.

When we opened the box. The door was bent and a dent on the top of the microwave. I’m guessing the damage happened in shipping. But we bent door back in place and the dent is under the cabinet not to be seen. It’s a lower quality , cheap compared to our last microwave. But it works for what we need it for.

I am very pleased with my Gasland Chef microwave oven. I looked for a black microwave to match my black appliances, and the Gasland company was the only one that offered one that would fit in the intended space above my range. It's a perfect match and works great! The instructions were user friendly, and installation was a breeze! To be honest, I had never heard of the Gasland brand until I started shopping for a microwave, but now I own one, and couldn't be happier with my purchase! I highly recommend Gasland Chef to anyone in the market for an over-the-range microwave oven!

The microwave was very nice and had many options but unfortunately was defective . Would only time on for seconds and shut down .
