Great value
This exceeded my expectations. Was as advertised.I see no scratches. Nice and fast computer.Only minor thing ...it has no 10 key.So you have to do numbers from top keys on key board. But I just plugged my own keyboard into the USB port so that slight issue is resolved. This was a great value.Im very happy.

Pretty good
I turned the computer into scrap metal and fed it to my dog. It was pretty good!

Critical Hard Drive and Battery Failure
We bought this Amazon Renewed in March 2020. It completely failed last week. We ran a diagnostic and found it was a critical failure in the hard drive and a battery failure. A computer this expensive should last more than nine months. I can't find any way to return it or any way to replace it. Very disappointed.

Works and looks great!
The refurbished Dell Latitude E5430 bought from this excellent seller looked brand new! Everything worked and it came as was described in the specs in a sealed box fresh from the reburbisher. It's difficult to decide on the many varieties of just this one model, but I decided to get the 64-bit Windows 10, with the 8GB of Ram. I disabled all the annoying features of Windows 10 as far as I could from websites that tell you how to do that. There is no built-in webcam or microphone, but I don't need that 99% of the time. I got an external webcam with a microphone for the rare occasions that I do need one. This particular model has no Bluetooth, but I swapped out a AR9462 AR5B22 Combo WiFi 2.4G/5G & Bluetooth 4.0 module card from my Gateway NV55c. There may be other ports inside or you can use a USB port using the appropriate card or dongle. I also removed a relatively new 500GB SSD from my Gateway NV55c and after much effort, transferred Windows 10 from the E5430 into this as well as all my data. I used Macrium Reflect, another freeware download. Now the E5430 starts up and functions very quickly! The Dell Latitude E5430 is solidly built, with a tough chassis and seems to upgrade without the problems I used to associate with Dells. Do check your battery wear level. This measurement indicates how old and worn out the battery is. I did, and found the wear level was not acceptable -- around 50%. There is free software for that. The seller quickly responded and sent me a new one that can be charged up to the full 100%.

Not the advertised CPU
Description says 3320m. Windows reports a 3210m CPU

I'm happy with it!!!
I'm giving this laptop 5 stars even though right out of the box it's battery is not holding a charge. But when I contacted Klamp electronics and I let them know what was happening without hesitation they sent me a new battery. No argument just solutions that is what good customer service is. Other than battery I'm very happy with the laptop, very simple setup instructions. I'm using it for work to do my excel spreadsheets, word docs, email, and meetings on Skype. Really basic stuff but this laptop will work just fine, people need to be realistic when purchasing a refurbished laptop it's all in what you're willing to spend if you want utility, awesome 3d rendering, quick boot times, and lightning fast file transfers then go out and spend $3200- $5000 on a top of the line surface book pro or Alienware laptop.

A refit success
Still getting used to its functionality. It's a refurb. We discovered there's a button on the front of the computer that puts it in airplane mode, and it took a call to the refurbishing company to clear up the problem. The company obviously upgraded some of the hardware and didn't just upgrade to Windows 10 on the old hardware. That's a definite plus in my book. Computers built for Windows 7 should not be running Windows 10, in my opinion. We need every bit of the 8 gig RAM.
