I trust Solgar products to exactly what their label says is in the product description. The price and quantity were the selling point for me. Calcium from oyster shell is hard to find on the island. In the past I have had to have the pharmacy order it. After they add their mark-up it gets pricy for only a 30 day supply. I found a seller on line when on Amazon that was quite reasonable and the quantity was really great.

Nothing special the pills are huge. But the price is fair
