Favourite stress relief without having to pop pills

i can no longer get in and out the bath so was pleased to find a product that i could use in the shower, that has the same healing effects of Epsom Salts. this certainly smells like Epson, it is lovely and refreshing. i like the tube size too-ideal for a gift. Especially for people who have physical jobs, gardeners etc.

I was attracted to this by the Magnesium properties, it’s the first time I have seen a shower gel with it in.My first impressions are that the smell is clean and crisp. It doesn’t smell chemically or fake, but completely natural without being overbearing. The consistency of the gel is a bit on the runny side and it comes out quick from the tube, so I find a flannel helps to stop it spilling over and wasting. It builds into a nice lather and rinses away without leaving any residue. It leaves me feeling nice and clean and relaxed from the smell.The flip lid is easy to open for anyone with dexterity issues, and it isn’t a fight to squeeze out in fact quite the opposite just a gentle squeeze required.I don’t know if the magnesium element is doing anything in particular for me, but despite that it has now replaced by normal “go to” brand.

These bath salts smell nice and dissolve well in the bath, however I did not feel they helped with muscle aches and body tension but relaxing with scent alone.

Seems to help sore muscles,Nice smell, doesn't dry skin.
