Perfect for junior high band.
Exactly what we needed. Feels like good quality. Good value for the price with all the accessories included. Sounds great. Happy with it.

Perfect for beginners
My son started percussion this year in 4th grade and this is perfect for him. It's an excellent value over renting. The stand adjusts to his height and holds the bells nice and tight. The bells themselves have a nice crisp sound and the drum pad is a nice bonus. Our only minor complaint is that the included mallets were pretty flimsy and broke quickly.

Great quality, and valuable instrumentals

Very nice
Looks and sounds great. One of the hammers is slightly bent but the instrument itself is in good shape. Would be nice to have included some music sheets for beginners to practice with but the carrying/storage case is super helpful.

Really nice set, majestic sounding!
This set is very nice and comes with a lot of items in the bag. You get a nice carrying case, drum pad, drum sticks, glockenspiel, and stand for sheet music, and a stand for both. The sound is really magical especially when you run the paddle through all the notes at once. I love it and am so glad I purchased it. The price is also fair.

Excellent Percussion Instrument
We love our glockenspiel! It’s sounds great and is compact. I like that it can fold up when we’re done playing and be tucked away in the convenient carrying case. It’s easy to use and perfect for beginners! We are very happy with it.

Almost….
Great item for money. Screw in base of glockenspiel bent, would no longer stay on stand and this was with normal use. Will have to play on small table. Put drum pad on stand nowBalls broke off sticks, bought replacements. Surprised it didn’t come with music - bought that too

Beautiful sound, love how it folds!
I'm a music teacher and am pretty particular with how music instruments sound. I want the instruments to be of good quality no matter how young my students are who will play on them. I was looking for a glockenspiel with sharps and flats that sounded great but wouldn't take up so much space for storage in my music studio. I took a chance on ordering this one and I'm super happy with it. The overall tone quality is good and the bars have a nice weight and thickness to them. They vibrate well, yet are attached very sturdily so as not to fall off when folding. I love how there's a locking mechanism/slide to keep the glockenspiel laying flat when unfolded for playing. Love the nice carrying case with strap that it comes in. Overall, I'm happy with this addition to my studio to use in my music teaching!

Great instrument
I bought this for my 7 year old grandson who loves music. It is a really nice instrument with terrific sound. Very well made. Compact and portable. So much better than the toy glockenspiels that are around. He can play real tunes on this. He loves it.

Quite nice.
Ah ha! I figured out the music stand. There are four prongs on the lower part of the stand. The two short prongs are turned down to fit into the slots in the actual glockenspiel. The width of the stand must be adjusted so the prongs fit perpendicular. The two longer bent angular prongs are turned up to hold the music book. The picture lies, it has all the prongs facing down so it can't hold a book. The glock itself has a very nice sound. The mallets are not good quality. Buy better ones.
