I bought this for my husband for Christmas , but after remembering we’d have a (noisy) kid home from school for Christmas break I gave it to him for our anniversary in November instead. He’s a 3rd shifter and apps he’d been using on his phone weren’t the greatest. He’d get a phone call during the day and the app would shut off and not turn back on. No worries about that with this sleek little machine. It’s got everything we needed in a white noise machine and more!Volume: The amount of volume control on this thing is insane! It can go pretty high, but you don’t lose sound quality when it’s up.Sound: There’s plenty of variety here. My husband switches between sounds every few days and I’ve only managed to catch the loop in one sound. (I stay at home and hear the machine all day as well.) My favorite is the waves turned down low like I’m hearing the ocean out my bedroom window.Sleep timer: I’ve started using this to relax me to sleep. I never intended to use it at all, but here we are. Depending on how late it is/ how wound up I still am at bedtime I’ll set it for any of the timer amounts. Most nights I’m asleep before even half the time has expired. I’ve only ever stayed awake through the whole timer once (thanks, Reddit) and I was disappointed to find out it just shuts off cold turkey. I expected a fade out, but no. I guess that’s not a huge deal for me as I’ve never noticed it shutting off after I’ve fallen asleep.Size and style: This thing is small enough it sits on our windowsill since we don’t have nightstands. (Don’t ask. It’s a point of contention in our house.) Between it’s size and the sleekness it’s not an eyesore at all. If we had it sitting elsewhere I wouldn’t be disgusted if someone came over and saw it. Our bedroom doesn’t have a “style” per say, but it definitely fits the decor.Overall I’m really happy with this purchase. Knowing now how good it is I probably would have paid more for it than I did. If/when this one goes out I’ll repurchase this exact one over searching for a new brand.

First, I want to say that this is the best company ever that I have had to deal with! John Kevin was the most helpful assistant I have ever encountered. Second. This machine is amazing. I bought my first one, white in 2017. It travel the world with me! Recently I purchased a black one for myself and two more for my Adult children. My son and I live in places where there are chickens roaming free and now we can sleep even when they’re crowing. My daughter has noisy neighbors and they party in the yard. With this sleep aid, she can sleep soundly.I’d like to say more about the company. One of my units didn’t come with a part. Amazon sent a package that we could see had been previously opened. Amazon should not have done that. I called Pure and they were incredible! The representatives name was John Kevin. They gave me the choice of dealing with Amazon or with them. I chose to deal with them because John Kevin was so kind and efficient. I explained the part that was missing and he was extremely helpful and patient and understood. He made every effort to make the customer, me, happy. I cannot recommend this product more highly nor can I recommend this company more highly. I look forward to purchasing other items that they sell.Oh, I forgot to tell you that the actual sounds that the unit makes a quiet authentic! I love sleeping with the rain storm myself but I could sleep with the ocean or out camping with the crickets. Do yourself a favor and get this unit. I spent some time in a wellness retreat in Tucson and they had this in the guest rooms. I slept the best I had in months during my stay there and decided to look for one for my home. I was pleasantly surprised to find how inexpensive it is and have been using it for a month and a half now. I absolutely love and highly recommend it.

I bought this for travel, thinking it was chargeable and would lay flat. Turns out it has to be plugged in while running and you have to use the circular metal stand to accommodate the charging cord, so needless to say it is not the best for travel.

The sound is not too strong and the selections are no different than other. I was expecting on more sounds of a piano playing combined with ocean waves or a bird humming not a sound of a cricket.

What got me into sleeping with sounds, I ran across this pillow shopping one day and it was on clearance so I bought it, it was such a good deal.The pillow was a sound pillow, I put batteries in it and gave it a try. Needless to say I was turning it on every night and it lulled me to sleep almostInstantly. I took it out of town and even took it on a cruise , told all my friends and family about it. Well, somehow, it stopped working, so IWent on a search for a new one. I went on Amazon and began my search, I saw several and read up on them.Then I saw the WAVE DELUXE , and the price was real good, and my search was over, no more batteries, just plug it in and you are ready. I justUsed it last night , and I am extremely happy and more than satisfied, My husband told me to order another one so when I travel and take it with me , heWill have one to use, we absolutely love it and we both had a good night sleep. I will recommend this one to all friends and family. So happy, it hasThe perfect sounds, just the ones you need to lull you to sleep.
