Love the brand
This is the second knife I bought of this brand. The kiritsuki blade is really nice and this boning nice is also great. I didn't even have to sharpen the blade, it comes really sharp. I barely stroked the blade across the chicken and it sliced effortlessly through the meat. The knife is so sharp that I'm a little skiddish around it, and place the blade between the plastic slits meant to hold plates up.

Sharp out of the nice box.
Came well packaged and quickly. Sharp out of the box. Only down side for me is the handle is a bit chunky for my taste but that really is personal preference. Good product.

Absolutely First Class!
This superb 5 inch kitchen knife is wrought from high carbon X50Cr15MoV German stainless steel that has an edge of HRC56 / ±2 on the Rockwell Hardness Scale. As I am knowledgeable of high-end stainless steel, I commend this kitchen knife to anyone who desires great quality at a very reasonable low price for just £20.99The knife sits comfortably in the hand. Its Pakkawood riveted handle is black, smooth and perfectly balanced. Having demonstrated the knife steel's sharpness on a sheet of A4 paper, the steel shredded the paper with its razor-sharp edge. Just imagine how good it will be in the kitchen!I paid full price and am not a 'paid shill'. Thank you for reading.

Glad I bought it .
This cleaver is a nice piece of kit, unbelievably sharp straight out the box it cuts so easily.Made very well my only bugbear is it is a touch rough on the handle finish but not gonna go off on one about it.Can't fault it for the price.

Love these knives!
These knives are SHARP - giving a straight, clean cut. I do not necessarily use them as "steak knives," but as all-purpose knives for chopping, slicing, and general everyday cooking prep chores. I like to have several available, so a steak knife set suits me just fine.

Cuts with ease
Knives are very sharp and sturdy. My only wish is that the rivets in the handle were smoother and better shaped to the handles.

My first Nakiri
This is a very nice knife for the price. I wanted a full tang, check. I like to cook and saw this knife and thought why not so I'm learning how to use it correctly. I'm getting there. The edge is very sharp and it goes through veggies like butter. I've forbidden the family from using it because I don't want to find it one day looking like they were trying to cut the heads off of nails (like my other knives!) So far I'm quite impressed with it. I need to learn how to properly sharpen it. Quality is great, the handle and tang are pretty well matched so it feels good in the hand. the box was quite pretty but honestly I pitched it because it's not going to live in the box. I like the heft also. I will likely have to come back and update this review as I get used to using it more. At first blush, this is a very well made knife, so far I've enjoyed using it.
