Simple Designs LT2024-TEL Brushed Steel Stick Table Desk Lamp with Charging Outlet and Drum Fabric Shade, Teal

A lot of people on here are not putting the lamp together correctly and then giving it a low rating/making complaints. The part that holds the lampshade on is already on the lamp, just unscrew the black plastic piece attached to where the bulb goes in, then place the lamp on with the wire and hole facing the bottom, then screw the black piece back on and put the light bulb in. Those who have the light bulb showing/sticking out at the top of the shade please take the shade off, turn it over and put it back on, bulb is no longer showing. Just thought I would help some of you out.

I selected this lamp for the shade color to match our color scheme. It's a good lamp. I just wish it was a little larger. That's just my needs noting to do with the quality of the lamp.

I loved this lamp so much I have two for my classroom

The lamp is decent for the price. The lamp shade color was true to the display. The base was dented near the charging ports and the shade was slightly bent. It wasn't worth the hassle of returning it since the damages aren't extremely noticeable.

So much easier to plug fone charger into the handy outlet on the base of lamp instead of having to crawl around to get to the wall outlet!

I noticed other reviews that mentioned the shade was wobbly and the bulb stuck over the lamp. If the shade is the right way up, the bulb is hidden properly. As far as being wobbly, I thought that too until my husband noticed you have to unscrew the plastic ring on the bulb socket, put the lampshade on and screw it back on. This secures the shade and it doesn’t wobble. The instructions don’t tell you to do this; but, once you do the lamp is awesome!

Not fancy but it works

Gift for my adult son, he and his wife are updating their master and teal is predominant, chose this as it has the electric port and he loved it, I knew it was adequate but he was so pleased I was sent a photo of him holding it thumbs up! Color is true and vibrant. I knew it was well made and sturdy and not super small like some similar ones (be sure to check weight and inches when you browse) all in all it was a total success.

Love this lamp but the extra plug in only works when the light is on. So it doesn't work during the day when the light is off.

I had intended to a rustic/teal color pallet for my bedroom and this lamp fit in perfect. I got a smart bulb for it and it's made it even better. The plug on the lamp base is also great for charging my phone overnight without the need for long and twisted cords to reach a plug.
