Ever since the start of the State Quarter Program; Our Mint has gone insane, overcome with endless productions and markups enough to cause a stroke. Proof Sets, or Proof Silver Eagles used to make beautiful graduation or birthday gifts fit within those on a budget. To make a purchase today, one must take out a loan.
