Why did you choose this product over others?:Good little hoover. We bought this to use in our annex and it is perfect for this use. Suction is good and it’s nice and lightweight. So far battery life has been great.

very pleased with this vacum cleaner, i manage to hoover 3 carpeted rooms, 3 laminate floors and staircase and still has power for more, very lightweight to use and cant believe the amount it picks up even after using a corded hoover so very pleased and impressed by this product for the reasonable price i didnt expect it to be as good as it is and so easy to empty, i have in the past had dyson and other battery cleaners but this is brilliant

the day that I received this Akitas cordless vacuum cleaner, I assembled it (very easy to do) and cleaned my flat all within an hour; I am mightily impressed and would recommend this to anyone. It is lightweight, extremely easy to assemble and seamlessly goes from carpet to hard flooring without any problems. It feels robust and looks lovely; obviously I haven't had it long enough to discuss battery life yet so will have to get back to you on that issue.

Keep the filters clean and its perfect for hard floors. Better than dyson for picking up hair, dirt and crumbs. Not suitable for carpet but either any cordless. Its a year old now and I love it.

As many others on here, the price, cordless function and weight appealed to me. Brought this and was easy to assemble. However, if you have long hair or pets that shed, be prepared to scissor across the roller after every use, because this does not have strong enough suction to move the hair into the barrel for emptying. Everything wraps around the roller and is not ideal for pet hair at all. The barrel also pops open and if you're not emptying it directly into a bin, it will go everywhere, can't control the way it comes out unfortunately. The roller also pushes out things its supposed to vacuum, because the roller is a touch too fast going round. On Full power this suction still doesn't compete with a traditional hetty/henry/dyson/shark. Wouldn't buy this again. Small dirt that collects in the corner of a room needs to be repeatedly vacuumed and it still might not remove it. I also find this requires several hours to charge fully, maybe 5-6. I never keep an eye on it anymore as I don't have the patience. I just charge it and forget about it for a half a day. I've only had this 12 weeks and it will do a satisfactory job. But I wouldn't buy again.
