Very good but not for all spiders
Currently renovating our new house which had spiders in every room. This has managed to chear out the majority of them and has stopped new ones appearing. This doesn't seem to be as effective on larger spiders as it doesn't kill them but makes them really slow and easier to get rid of yourself, or for someone else to get rid of them for you. There is no odour, which is great; however, it did make me sneeze a lot after using it around the house, so I would suggest doing it before you go out for a bit to let it settle. The spray was able to reach the ceiling corners where they like to hang out, but I did find myself using the majority of the bottle directly spraying the spiders, along with any entry points I could find.

Effective but irritated my throat
I found this product did help to protect against spiders but it does not kill them on contact. It also really got to my throat every time I used it. You might want to wear a mask.

Very effective spray
Great spray, does kill spiders on contact, we’ve been having an issue with false widow spiders and this spray is effective. It does make you nose run and sneeze so I try not to breathe the air where I’ve sprayed until it’s dried… almost odourless once dry. It does keep spiders away for a while.

This stuff really works
In an ideal world, we can learn to live with the creepy crawlies that come in the house, but we all know that this isn’t going to happen. Speaking for myself, I can’t and won’t tolerate spiders in the house, especially large house spiders. I don’t have anyone with me who can remove them for me, so it’s down to me. They give me the creeps and sorry, but they have to die. Even handling dead ones freaks me out. What you need is a fast acting, effective spray that will stop them in their tracks. This is it. A spray or two ( one will work, two makes sure) and within a couple of minutes the spider is dead. Then I hoover it up. Job done. I have tried other products, including one by a well-known pest control company which is supposed to glue the spider and eventually kill it. Only problem is, it simply doesn’t work. I sprayed a tiny spider in my bedroom and 24 hours later it was still there and still alive. I sprayed it again. Still didn’t work. Worse, when I read the small print on the bottle, it admitted that the spray doesn’t work on bigger spiders. So what exactly is the point of buying it? The solution is to put sentiment aside and use something that does the job, like Dope. I don’t know if it’s cruel but it’s certainly quick. The spider will immediately show signs of distress and even if it runs under the furniture, it won’t last long. And it will be safe to go back in the room again. Meantime, do what you can to discourage them from coming in, like peppermint oil in a water spray.

Seems to work, but induces allergy like symptoms
We have an oak framed extension which is the perfect home for spiders. with very high ceilings and lots of areas for spiders I was getting fed up of cleaning webs almost every day. I don't spray this product directly onto spiders as tbh, that's just crawl. So I removed all the spiders and then used this spray in all the areas they liked to go. One thing I noticed is, it made all my family's noses run like we had hay fever. This now means I'm basically banned from using it in the house by my wife. Apart from the allergy like symptoms it gives people, it seems to have stopped any spiders coming back and our extension has been 95% spider free for the last 2 weeks. It's just a shame about the side effects.

Not completely successful
This spider repellent does work better than the eucalyptus and peppermint oils that l have recently used, so bought this product and witnessed an improvement over 3 or 4 days, but unfortunately did not discourage the spiders completely, so looked again on YouTube and saw a guy stating that he only uses one product to repel spiders, and who hasn’t got Vics vapour rub in their cupboard, so l have been using VVR for a few weeks now around the camera and under the lip, making sure not to get any on the lenses, and it is working a treat. There was one camera that constantly had spiders webs blocking all vision at night, but since using VVR, the camera has been clear, and as l clean all cameras each month and apply more VVR, l still spray the surrounding areas with Nope spray.
