I usually do not leave long reviews, but this one I had to. The instructions are easy to follow, and I can only speak for myself since everyone's metabolism is different, but this product has made wonders in me. I have gradually seen a difference from the 2 months I have been using it. It would target the areas you need the most I guess, but having better mental clarity, and boost of energy, and perimenopause symptoms are slowly getting under control. I would suggest to mix it in your morning tea / coffee, as it's easier to dissolve it in warm or hot liquid. Bottom line, this stuff works!

This product is worth all of the hype. So beneficial to my health routine. In this form it's a little harder to take a sticky tar but for the price and benefits easy to get passed this part of it. I'm less tired and just in a better overall mood.

I feel like this is actually helping with my digestion issues.And it also seems like I've seen a few parasites come out of me but I'm not super sure. (This isnt marketed as a parasite cleanser, and i find conflicting info on google about its ability to do so, so take that with a grain of salt)For those of you that think supplements should taste good: this doesn’t taste terrible when stirred into a tea, but under the tongue is pretty yuck and the smell is very revolting.But when the goal is health, lots of things dont taste great 😀

This is my first experience with shilajit resin. I cannot compare it to other brands, as this is the only one I have tried. What I can share, is my personal experience with this particular resin.Most noticeable was my nearly immediate increase in energy. When I dissolve the resin sublingually, I coat the tip of a small sugar spoon and let it rest in my mouth, under my tongue, for about 10 minutes. Usually, this is enough time for it to be fully dissolved and absorbed. This has become my preferred method, and it’s the first thing I do every morning.I am grateful to have found this product! I’ve been using it for almost two months (cycling it, as instructed) and I have at least two more months worth of product. This has been a great product for me!

The media could not be loaded. I've been using this for quite some time seems to be working however I had a problem with the the lid started to crumble and break off and affected the seal it was past the time for me to return it so I'm not sure if they will do anything or not we will see

I like the quality of this shilajit, not sure if it’s doing anything. But I feel good taking extra minerals. I have purchased thus brand before
