This is my first phone gimbal purchase, and at first, I was skeptical about this model. The reviews were half good, half bad, but ignoring the bad ones, decided to purchase one myself. I’ve always wanted a gimbal for my phone, and this not only met, but exceeded my expectations.The gimbal comes in a nice box, with foam protecting all the components. In the box it comes with: the gimbal, manuals, battery, battery charger, and a micro usb cable.The build quality of the gimbal is great. All the main components, including the phone holder is made of high quality aluminum.Right out of the box, I was able to set up and use the gimbal within 10 minutes. The pairing process with the IOS app is simple and instantly connects to your gimbal. Just a note, there are two MOZA apps, “MOZA” and “MOZA Assistant,” be sure to download “MOZA Assistant.” I spent a good half hour trying to get it to connect to the wrong app. I also tried connecting it to the Mac OSX software, but had no luck, and will email them soon. This doesn’t really matter, because all the software updates can be done from within the IOS app. The app also provides some interesting features, including an option to take a time lapse, with the gimbal slowing moving the phone across a selected path over a period of time.At first, my gimbal acted up a bit, but after updating the gimbal through the IOS app, which only took a couple minutes, it was working perfectly again.The video stabilization it provides is astonishing. You can also update the firmware of the gimbal from within the app, which makes it a whole lot easier. I think the problems were mostly from when it was sitting out in the cold too long on my porch.The video stabilization it provides is astonishing. Each time I use the gimbal, I rewatch the videos and they are just so satisfying, if you know what I mean.I’ve been using it for about a week know, and I can’t stop using it. Kinda addicted to it, been using it every day so far, since I got it a week ago.I am very impressed with this product and will probably also purchase their other models for my higher end cameras.

Do not recommend purchasing. Held up less than a year. The sound from the stabilizer does pick up on vid, which is annoying. Not the most intuitive navigation controls, battery life is very short, and the protective cap on the side fell off and wouldn't sty on. Not good at all.

I bought a new unit and received a box that was clearly opened. Upon revealing the contents, the caps on the gimbal fell apart. When I tried to charge the unit, the charger would not work. I had to charge directly from the gimbal. Once charged, the gimbal wouldn't turn left. Total garbage. For the same price, I'd get ANY other brand. The quality control is not there with this. This is getting returned.

Noisy motors!will not get my Oneplus7t to hold in a horizontal position. The motors just fail and it shuts off. Even on the rare chance it gets the phone up it won't hold in a horizontal position.Everything about this device is nice except for the fact it doesn't work!!! I tried everything and read the directions.

One of the VERY FINEST products I've purchased. It simply works perfectly! Exactly as described. I have an iPhone 7 Plus and it works perfectly with this gimbal. I needed technical support (cable didn't work) and within one day I had a response (needed new cable). Gimbal received in two days (not the two weeks that was originally stated)!! You won't be disappointed!!Update: Gudsen Customer Service immediately reached out to me regarding the cable issue and then sent me a new cable, which works perfectly. Fantastic customer service. Thank you!!

After a few attempts of working the device, it fails to stay in the horizontal position. I would turn it on with the phone in the device, it will vibrate a whole lot and then turn off. Sadly it worked in the beginning so I was unable to return in the window. Avoid. Do not buy. The life on this thing is extremely fragile.

OMG! Really great gimble. It took me a little to get used to it. Now it is totally awesome. I take it with my where ever I go. Makes my videos look professional!. (But I'm Not) But I have a lot of fun with it and my family loves my videos I share with them.

I tried various gimbals, and by far this one is the best. I know there are not a lot of reviews which is why I am writing one. I showed this to my friends and they are wanting to order one too now. I am absolutely amazed at how good this gimbal works. It's worth every penny and not cheap plastic either. It's aluminum.
