NOVA Designer Walking Cane with Offset Handle, Lightweight Adjustable Walking Stick with Carrying Strap

I buy things for all kinds of crazy reasons. In this case my wife had three canes that she thought were ugly. I bought this cane so that she would have one that looked nice. What I got was so much more. Extremely well built. Any easy way to set the cane to the proper height. Yet sturdy enough that she feels very safe with it. Excellent quality product at a reasonable price. Oh, and by the way, it truly is attractive. (I got the red one.)

I think I've had it for a year now. It's been such a lifesaver; I've been developing an autoimmune disease that has caused pain in my feet, legs, and knees, along with balance issues. The price was great for such a cute cane. The sticker left some residue, but I used a little coconut oil to get that off. The only thing I find uncomfortable is the handle. Sometimes my fingers can't handle such a tight fist that you create while holding the handle. I wish some accessories could make the handle fat so the grip was wider. It's my first time using a cane, so my review is simple. It looks like the photo, and I have had no issues. I want another one but a different color and design; I like changing things up.Update It's nearly three years now, and my cane is holding strong. The color looks great, and the grip look's new. I am finally looking for a replacement tip, so the original lasted a good while.

I don't usually use a cane but when I broke my kneecap the doctor said I either needed crutches or a cane, so I chose the latter. The only canes I had ever seen were either black, brown, or aluminum in color none of which appealed to me. I looked online for hours before I saw the NOVA. It comes in a lot of colors and I didn't have any problem finding one that I liked. I got the red with little blue, yellow, and white flowers, but it comes in a lot of different colors. If I was going to need a cane indefinitely I'd probably buy a few more because it was only $20. Even better, the handle is thickly padded so it doesn't hurt my hand, AND it can be adjusted to a lot of different heights. The problem with a lot of canes is that they have to be cut to work properly for the user, but this cane's many choices make it easy to try different heights until you find the one that is right for you.

I like the print but I wish they could come up with a better foam for cane handles. I have pain in my hands and none of them seem to cut it. The gel is too hard and the foam is unpleasant feeling but has more give. I don't know of an alternative so can't really be too critical of this product.

Love this item. Good sturdy cane with fun colors to personalize. Hate to have to use one at all but at least this one is fun. Vendor needs to look at new labels. Product came with large sticker right near the top. Peeled sticker off but residue remains. Tried scrubbing the sticky residue off and just ended up scratching the pretty pattern I picked out. Tried using those sticker removal chemicals but it took some of the color off and the sticky residue remains. Really makes the cane look cheap. Such a simple thing but so important.

If you have to use a cane, might as well be beautiful! My daughter sometimes needs a cane, and hates the fact that she does. So I let her pick out whatever style or look she wants in order to make it somewhat easier to deal with (marginally, but still). This is the third cane we have purchased of this style.We keep coming back to this style not only because they have great designs, but because she finds this style the most comfortable. The handle is padded, so that makes it easier on her hand. The curve of the cane to the handle also helps her with stability. We have purchase some that were straight up and with a smaller handle, but she found those to be uncomfortable and not as stable.There are many designs to choose from, and we have not been disappointed with the look and feel of these canes!

Ordered this cane because my mom wanted something for Fall and Christmas. This cane is perfect. So far it is working well and holding up great.

Unhappy with the grip on this one. The foam is rough, not as comfortable as the others I have had. I will admit to buying it for the color/pattern, and it is attractive. Still, I find myself choosing one of my others because of the feel of this one. The weight is also heavier than the ones I have bought from the Wally World and is another consideration when lugging one of these around on a daily basis, as I am a short, older woman. All in all, not as pleased as I expected to be for the price. I also bought the celestial pattern in the same purchase. That one has a decent foam grip and I was confused as to why they were different. Use that one mostly and it is already wearing on the tip, so this brand does not last longer than the less expensive ones. You're paying for the fancy colors and designs, so if that is what you are looking for, as was I, than it is the way to go, just Don't expect top quality.

I love this cane. Very light with a comfy handle. Gorgeous red with small colored flowers on it. I highly recommend it.
