For back aches, this is the thing. Heating pads help, but this has the added comfort of two massage nodes. I can move the pad around my back till the nodes are in the right spot. It’s not quite as powerful a massage as a hand-held massage wand, but so much easier to use. You don’t have to twist your arms into a pretzel to support the massage wand in just the right position.

It produces enough heat for rapid absorption of castor oil pack. It massages the castor oil under the skin and distributes it through the lymph glands. This is good enough.

The heat did not work at all

I wish I had read description better. Only the vibration is adjustable, and it is vibration, not massage. The heat is nice.

Not bad. Helps with back or shoulder pain when you have the heat and massage on. May have to replace every couple years like a cheap BBQ but does the job. There is a top and a bottom to the pad so if you have it upside down and lay on it then it can get really hot so check the direction of the pad. One side has a hair more padding than the other side.

Actually I have ordered four of these. 2for my sister in Florida, one for a friend and of course one for me. We are all in 70s . Helps us relax and relieve pain. Wouldn't be without mine.

Vibrating magnet (on one side) stopped working after on a few uses!
