They're nice looking and easy to program. They have just enough features so that they're not overly complicated to use. Hopefully they'll last a long time.

Bought for mom she has never had a problem

I had purchased a different brand upon moving, but missed my old Panasonic! So bought one from Amazon, happy again now!

There has to be some way to improve the electronic voice for most of the time I don't understand who calling. And can Amazon come up with some way to make letters and numbers darker I can not see the letters and numbers on my laptop they are not dark enough and I keep misspelling Blast it or confound it!

You can't hear the other person on the other side to well. Volume on the phone listening to the other person is not high enough. Other than that it's a good phone.

So everyone uses a cell phone, me included. But we also have a "land" line, and our previous Panasonic phone set was long in the tooth (actually over 15 years old!). Time to replace and what a difference new makes.The new set is simple, easy to use, display lights up nicely, sound quality is good, saves messages, battery life seems to be excellent. If it lasts as long as the previous set, that works out to be about .45 cents a month. Not bad!

I like the telephone, especially the block call portion. The quality of the phone is way under what it used to be. The one I had that wore out and replaced it with this one was much better-quality, heavier, solid and made of better-quality material. It lasted at least 10 years. I loved it. This one is too light and fragile. The material is thin and as I said so light, one touch and it off the table. It is somewhat smaller than the older one, not good for larger hands. But so far it is passable. The instruction could be a bit more straight down the line, instead, of having to jump from page to page. Just list the instruction, and #1, give plain common English on how to do that action and go to the next, right down the line, instead of jumping from page to page and all the codes & number codes. Some of the codes are not clear in the understanding.
