I am glad I bought this stand. This is not a perfect stand, but this is a great accessory for my PS4 Pro. What I like about this stand is not only it holds my console nicely, but I can place my controllers. The best part of that, my controllers will be recharging while they are places on the charging ports. The is fans are nice. They are a bit noisy. But, they work just fine. I don’t mind the noise while I my console is on. This accessory is great for my console and controllers. It’s not for everyone. But, I strongly recommend to give it a try.

Update to previous 3 star review.. one day after my review was posted I was contacted by a company representative who apologized for the problem and asked to send me a new unit. They said they have reconfigured the unit to prevent the problem I had experienced. I agreed to them sending a new unit at no cost and the unit arrived within 1 day. The unit works perfect and should definitely extend the lifespan of my PS 4 with the dual cooling fans which come on when I start my playstation and shutdown shortly after the playstation is turned off. Rarely have I experienced such responsible customer support. Most impressive. I highly recommend this product. I have left the old review following this one so people understand fully what occurred.Old review—-The usb ports and the on/ off switch are not secured correctly. When you push the on/off switch or plug in a USB connector to the port, the switches push back inside the unit. The stand does secure the PS 4 pro well and once the unit is turned on and USBs connected, it functions well. It comes on when the PS4 is on and shuts down when PS4 off. Would rate as 5 stars if on/off switch and USBs were secure and stayed in place.

It holds up a PS4 pro, charges your controller and the fans silently do absolutely nothing. But it works decent if you're willing modify it and ruin the warranty.Oh the fans spin, but the only air they move is in a circle within the shroud. first let's look at the thick plastic grating that covers the fans. Yeah, there's more grate than space in between. I'm sure that flows excellent (sarcasm font). Secondly, even with the grating cut away for full flow, the 1mm gap underneath doesn't help much either. You're still trying to suck air through a solid table. This was apparently designed by someone that knows absolutely nothing about air flow.So after cutting away the thick grates over the fans and setting the stand on a couple 1/4inch spacers, it keeps my PS4 cool. But I'm pretty sure the warranty is now void.

I bought this due to the added bonus of the charging stations but overall this thing is pretty solid! It's powered via a usb port to your console, you just plug it and forget it!There is no securing options here, your console just rests neatly on the outline for the stand; same thing for the controllersAs for noise levels it's not that noticeable when you are gaming it sounds just about the same, it's only when you put it on rest mode that you will notice the noise the fans bring out.I can't really comment on if it makes my ps4 pro feel cooler I mean it still gets warm when playing some demanding games but this did help better position my console and have a place to charge my controllers without plugging the cable again and again.The only thing is if your room collects dust easily like mine I would recommend dusting this thing every once in a while as dust is super noticable on this thing.But other than that no complaints, it's a space saver, it blows cool air and chargers your controller what more can you ask for??

I had a similar stand for my regular PS4, but it was a different brand. I bought this cooling stand for my PS4 Pro and feel it is not as good my previous one.- The PS4 Pro does not sit in the stand nice and snug. You can wiggle it a little. The stand is very light, so if something bumped your console it could tip over. So, I have placed mine on the floor between two book cases to prevent this.- As mentioned in other reviews, the fans are quite loud. They are good at cooling the console, but too noisy to use your PS4 Pro for streaming TV.- The controller charge lights always stay on. There are two slots. When you insert a controller to charge, the light turns red. When it is ready, the light turns green. Nice. However, when you remove the controller, the green light stays lit. Not a big deal, but just be aware that there will be three lights always on: two controller charge lights and the blue stand light.- Edit: After two months of use, one controller red light no longer works. Now, I put in a controller to charge, the green light goes out. When it is charged, the green light comes back on.- Edit #2: After 4 months of use, the fans no longer work consistently. Not sure if it is the switch or the fans themselves, but I turn on the fans and they run for a minute or two then cut off. I've trashed it and bought a different brand. (Pecham).Overall, the stand is just okay. The biggest problem for me is the way the console does not fit in the stand snug and secure. I'd advise looking at other stands for your PS4 Pro console.
