Silenced noise at my heat/ac register
I added a 4’ length of this material just before my boot for the heat register. The noise prior to installing caused me to turn volume up on tv whenever the furnace was running. I made 6” galvanized steel thimble for each end first and then just fit it between my 6” supply duct and boot This product did a fantastic job of silencing the noise.

Does the job and very good price
For the price, it is hard to beat. It does a good job to reduce noise.But don't expect a high quality and durability. The duct come with duct tape on both hand which appear a bit not professional. It's nice beacause you can cut it to reduce the lenght but if you use duct tape to close ends, ensure to keep the opening at its maximum.

Ducting works great very easy to expand and contract, easy to cut but recommend wire cutters to cut the wire
