Best Post workout I've taken with all the nutrients that you need in ONE scoop and the serving in the container are real, other products tells you 30 service but in reality are 15 cause in order to get what they promise you need 2 scoops. No weird feelings and the taste doesn't stay in your mouth for hours like other amino or post workouts products. Flavor wise is not a sweet product, a bit bitter but I expected do to the fact that is Natural Lemon Lime, I mixed it with 20 oz water and good to go. Awesome product Jim!

Top notch ingredients, blends well, this particular flavor has a bit of a bitter after taste which is nullified with ice. So as long as you take it with ice it’s great but the rainbow sherbet flavor gym has is better if you prefer sweet over sour.Very pleased with Jym.

Get product mixes very well! I ordered the natural blend by accident, but worked out great cause I was going low carb! Flavor for the natural blend it a bit different cause of no added sweeteners, but I highly recommend! All of the products coming from JYM Suppliment Science! I've been through a lot of product pushed out by major Suppliment retailers, but this line up I researched myself and thanks to Jim Stoppani he tells you what he does and why he does it! This is a no bs product I will forever be buying JYM products!

Works great but the flavor could be a little stronger!

It's really a matter of taste. The lemonade has a bitter taste. Love the rainbow sherbet. Great product, but it just doesn't taste good.

Been working on locating a good post workout product. Most protein shakes leave me bloated after training. This provides me with great blend of bcaa's and hydration. An interesting addition is the beta alanine, which gives you the slight tingle throughout your body. A great plus is the transparency that jym's products are reknown for. Flavor is strong! Good but you are hit with strong lemon lime blend. Not a huge drawback, but a heads up. Great product!

This is the absolute best post-workout product on the market! This is absolutely essential for recovery after ANY type of workout. I use all JYM products for a reason, they flat out work just as they are designed to do!If you are tired of not knowing what exactly a product contains or whether or not you will benefit from what it is designed to do, give JYM products a try, you seriously will not be disappointed. He fully discloses all ingredients and you are actually getting the amount listed on the label. Most companies try to hide ingredients or simply don't tell the truth about what is in them...this is the opposite for JYM products!Once you switch the the JYM product line you will never want to switch back!

Tastes awful, work amazingly! if you're not worried about taste and you want results that push you and give you the right amount of aggression and determination in the gym this is for you, but if you need a foo-foo drink this ain't for you.
