My nails are quite fast growing and pretty strong so I can’t really validate the claims being ...
Although described as a muted lilac, Windsor Mews is definitely more of a mauve colour. The bottle is decently sized but a bit of a trick of the eye with the thick glass bottle and indented shape. Still at 14ml you’re getting a decent amount of product. The Nailkale range I hadn’t heard of but rather than just being a nail polish, it apparently contains a Kale extract for stronger, healthier nails and to hydrate and nourish the nails. My nails are quite fast growing and pretty strong so I can’t really validate the claims being made.To open the bottle, you lift the lid then twist it to reveal the flatish brush which cuts down on the number of strokes I have to make on my nails. One problem I have found though is it’s not quite a runny as other polishes so if you remove too much of it from the brush it can get it a bit gloopy as you brush towards the tip and then may not go on quite as flawlessly as you’d hope but I have to say goes on a lot better than the Nails Inc Perfect Nude polish in Charlotte St. It definitely needs 2-3 coats and I love the colour once it’s built up. Would go really well with a tan yet more of a autumnal colour. The polish is also quite hardwearing and so far can get up to a weeks worth of wear before needing to reapply although this is making sure I take care with it and applying a top coat for a little extra protection. Already eyeing up other colours from the range.

Good neutral colour - ideal for weddings!
This is a pretty lilac shade. Not what I would call a complete block colour but it does give you that nice colour without appearing to be too thick even after 2 coats. Goes on nicely with the wide brush and doesn't chip for a number of days.If you like neutral, discreet colours I think you will like this. This is definitely a colour you could wear every day as it isn't 'in your face'/ Would be a perfect wedding colour.

A nice varnish but I'm dubious about the nail health claims
This is a decent quality nail varnish in a stylish, heavy bottle. The bottle has a concave bottom which enables you to put your nail underneath and preview what the colour will look like on your finger.I have tested it both with, and without, a base coat and top coat. On its own, it is about as durable as a normal polish and chips pretty easily. With a base coat and top coat it goes for about 4 days - again the same as most polishes I wear. So the "Nailkale" brand adds nothing to durability. The colour goes on well, and is easily applied with the flat broad brush. A couple of coats give good opacity. Windsor Mews is a tasteful, neutral lilac which would be good for the office and weddings. It's one of those colours which helps you look "done".So what about the kale? The USP of this product is apparently that the it is good for nail health because it contains kale which in turn is high in nutrients. I am dubious about these claims; I doubt that it is possible to improve nail health by painting kale derivatives on the surface. However the polish is also said to be free of 5 chemicals commonly found in nail polish which I suppose could mean that it is better for nails than other polishes. In practice I haven't seen a noticeable difference in nail health after a couple of applications. So I think it's best to view this as a nice quality varnish but to disregard the more ambitious claims.

Lovely nail polish, but bottle could be better designed
This nail polish is pricey, but more or less worth it - as long as you don't have the same fiddly issues as me.The colour and texture are very pleasing - subtle, and really shiny. As other reviewers say, this polish is more resistant than most to chipping. I tend not to bother putting more than one coat on and my nails still look pretty neat after a few days and the odd toe stub, with few scratches or chips. Time will tell if the polish actually benefits my nails - but I'm dubious of claims like that! The broadness of the brush does make it easier to apply the polish, in one sense. But the problem I commonly have with polish is that the brush picks up so much that I end up with too much on the nail, and it overspills. To stop this I like to give the brush a wipe on the inside edge of the bottle mouth, but because of the thickness of Nailsinc's brush and the thinness of the mouth relative to it, this is more difficult. I also hate messing up the brush by getting strands caught on the mouth edges, and again, the shape of the Nailsinc bottle makes it harder to avoid this. Finally, having opened and used the polish, I now can't seem to get the lid on properly - no matter how many times I twist it, it's wobbly.

Great varnish
This Nails Inc varnish is really easy to apply, I simply love the big flat brush which makes for great coverage. It also dries pretty quickly to a reasonable shine (not as shiny as with top coat). I only put in one layer along with a base coat, because I hate waiting for multiple layers to dry, and after three days it still looks pretty good (some slight wearing away at the tips of the nails but absolutely no chipping at all). The colour Windsor Mews is a soft muted grey-lilac, which looks quite subtle and gives a bit of colour without being too overpowering - would suit weddings and formal occasions, and those who want to look 'done' without standing out too much.

Lovely.
Brilliant nail polish. One coat gives great coverage and colour, with a really shiny finish. I love how easily the Nails Inc brush makes applying the polish right to the edge of the nail. It also dried fast. This is not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for and this product offers great value for money.I have only used this polish for a few days so I will add to the review later regarding whether it seems to improve the condition of the nails. The colour is true to the picture - I would call it lilac. For me, this is similar to the Nails Inc gel finish product in quality and finish. Recommended.

Love it!
I love the colour of this nail varnish, really pretty - I don't think I would describe it as lilac as it is a bit darker than that, maybe mauve? This range of polishes have a wider brush than normal which is shaped to make application really easy, 3 careful strokes and I was done. I have actually only put on one coat with a top coat and that seems to be enough.I hope that the claims are true and that this nail varnish helps keep my nails healthy as I do find they dry out if I use polish too frequently. I will definitely be trying other colours in this range!

Smooth finish
Very smooth to apply. The brush is wide, giving good coverage. After two coats, the finish was very even, and didn't start to chip until the third day. Definitely better than the cheaper brands I have used before.
