Product had failed and after I got past a typo on contact info, the seller was outstanding. Contacted me and sent a upgrade replacement right away and also checked back later on product and my satisfaction. I could not be more satisfied!

Installed entire unit in February. I have a well and the water had sediment and some bacteria. Install is easy but time consuming.After install water tasted like bottled water and no visible sediment. I have not tested the water with a test kit yet but the taste is 100 percent better. In late May, one of the filter housings (there are 3, 20 micron, 5 micron and 1 micron) split at the threads and popped off. I shut the water off using the bypass switch I installed. Worked fine, stopped the water flow into garage.I notified Wholesale Market LLC on Sunday (as usual this happened on a 3 day weekend) on Tuesday, early morning the company returned my call. I explained what happened and he said he would send a replacement housing to me immediately. I asked if I could purchase an additional housing for a spare and he said no problems I'll just send you 2 ( for free!!!) Outstanding customer service and the owner is really nice and pleasant to talk to. I will get all my parts from this company ( replacement filters and up bulbs.The systems works great and I would recommend it highly. The customer service is a plus and a high selling point.

I purchased this to replace the original ballast that failed after approximately 2.5 years. This one did not even last two years. In both cases, the transformer failed and was visibly swollen or deformed. See photo of the approximately 1/2 inch diameter deformation that appeared under the label of unit #2.It’s lucky this did not catch on fire and burn my house down.I plan to replace the entire UV filter with another brand. I would not recommend this product.

I bought a complete filtration system with UV light and some spare parts that might be essential in maintaining full operation without weight periods. The ballast went bad in four months replaced it with the spare one. Notified blueonics through amazon. They replaced it. Had it in less than 2 weeks. Great Job!! No hassle what so ever!!

My old unit burned out, and I was skeptical as this one looked like it matched the output, but was significantly cheaper.So far so good. It does operate fairly warm, but after about a month it's still going strong.

It fixed the problem.

I replaced my original ballast in less than a year with the Bluonics replacement and it failed in 4.5 months. I can't find the warranty from Bluonincs only the 30 return from Amazon. Can someone help with how to contact Bluonics or help find another replacement? Thanks in advance. FRUSTRATING AND EXPENSIVE!!!
