I'm here apologizing my late correcting feedback, for my forgot; when I first ordered this product, a wrong part arrived,but after I left a complaint online, the seller contacted me immediately offering technical help, and he also sent me another one which works much better ---to better describe,works perfectly! I'm very thankful to this seller and will recommend him to everyone I know who needs a door closer!

Works and looks very nice.
This item is very good quality and comes with everything you would need. The installation instructions are not very good as of 2/12/2024 purchase. I had to email the technical support and they let me know that they in the middle of creating a much better instruction manual. I did however finally figure it out on my own. I don't think the person I emailed was a mechanical person. This is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars because of the poor install instruction and help I received. The opener works very well and has lots of adjustments so you can fine tune the closing of the door. Knowing this gets installed now, I would definitely buy this one again.

Door closes slowly now. No more ANGER SLAMMING!
Once I figured out how to install it properly, it was a cinch. Love that it finally came with the wrench for adjustments & it's all the same size now to work with the wrench.

Took this one because of bolt holes from previous closer very close! Now 100%
I had a r/s hinge to exit room, instructions showed only l/s hinge! Installed,replacing old incorrect installation, had to read opening & closing data , backwards , for cylinder was upside down ! Marked all settings, the door has not worked so well in 20 yrs.! Perfect operation ! Should be good for another 20 yrs. ! LOL Just wished it had a “hard stop @ 90 degrees for wind gusts!” We will put it to Mother Nature ? LOL
