Great design. I love always having a sharp knife. Every time you put the knife in and out, it gets sharpened. What could be better than that. I have been using them for a few months.

I have very expensive knives (Cutco), BUT these are my new go-to for cutting veggies. I always thought a cheap knife would be garbage, but in this case, it's not. Try them, you will see for yourself. This seller was awesome. Be carfull they are crazy sharp

Great carving knives perfect for cold cuts ,steak, or pork tenderloin cutting up love that. Every time I put them clean back into holder they get resharpened too

sharpener in sheath is a nice idea but poorly executed on this one. the sheath is too tight resulting in needing a lot of force to insert or remove knife. very dangerous. trying to use sharpener by inserting/removing blade results in tiny bits of plastic being ripped out inside sheath. you get what you pay for. i wanted to try the shorty blade. just right size but a little flimsy. too lazy to return so i will find a better quality one.

The knives don't smoothly slide in and out of the sheaths, rendering the self-sharpening feature useless. It was so hard to insert the knives, that I had to partially insert them and then push or tap hard on the butt of the knives to get them fully into the sheath. Similarly hard to remove. There is so much force involved, that if one isn't careful, you could end up seriously cutting yourself. I bought these because my son likes the one he has, which slides smoothly in and out. Not so for this set of three. Terrible design and/or quality control.

I volunteer in a soup kitchen and these are great knives for the price. The self-sharpening cover might not keep them as sharp as chef's knives but then again I don't have to do the sharpening. Been using them a lot and they are holding up well.
