Seiko Men's SSC569 RECRAFT Analog Display Japanese Quartz Black Watch

Beautiful watch for the price. Looks more expensive than it is. It does wear large though. I have 7.5 inch wrists and if I had smaller wrists I probably wouldn't be able to pull it off.

I'm hot and cold on this watch.First, The hot.The quality of the watch case is great.The overall look and design of this case is great, with one exception. (*See below).The solar function is the best thing about this watch for me. No more batteries!The price. $180.00 for a solar Seiko. Nice!Now the cold.The band is very cheep looking on this professional looking watch. I'm sure it's real pig skin leather but it's a very dull looking mat black. You will likely want to change the band to something nicer looking.The date is extra small and unreadable, even with reading glasses.*The watch has silver hands and in low light, you can not see them against the silver background. This design is baffling to me. If you are in a bar, or in your home at night with one lamp turned on, you will struggle to see the time. The watch retails for $350.00 and you can't read the time unless you are in great lighting? Not good at all. This was the one thing that almost made me return it. I'm going to keep it because I feel like I got it at a reasonable price. However, if it had cost me the suggested retail price of $350.00, I would have sent it back in a heart beat.NOTE:The purple chronograph color depicted in the picture is incorrect. The color is actually black and only in cretin lighting does it appear purple. It looks like it's made of some type of dark smoked glass or plastic that allows light to charge the watch.Update: (4/14/17) I changed the band to the $10.00 Ritche 22mm Stainless Steel Bracelet I got here on Amazon and It made the watch look so much better, so I decided to give it another star.

First of all, this watch is beautiful, the panda look to this dial is amazing, truly looks more expensive than it actually is. The first one I ordered had a slight ding to the 9 o'clock dial by the 55 sec mark, which in hindsight I probably shouldn't have let it bother me as much as it did. But I am OCD, and so I returned it and received a replacement, thinking it would be perfect and that I would be happy. But the replacement was even worse! The sunburst area between the 3 and 6 o'clock dials was bent and resulted in an uneven dial. At various angles I could see the adjacent subdials, and in other spots it sat completely flushed. How this slipped by QC at Seiko is very sad and anyone's guess. I would only recommend this watch if you like to take risks and not totally OCD about quality.

Looks nice but its very hard to see the Hands. The hands blend into the watch face, no contrast.

This is a great quartz watch and the strap is not that bad by Seiko standards (I still replaced it). My only real complaint is that the date window is comically small. I can only read it outside or under bright light, and I do not wear glasses.It looks great on a bond NATO.

The delivery was processed without any issue and within planned tiimetable.The watch is very elegant, classy and works well, though it is not the most readable of Seiko's products.
