Takane Complete Mini Quartz Clock Movement - Clock Repair Kit - Choose your size by Takane

I bought this clock repair kit for my Livingroom clock. It was shipped and received in a very timely manner and its perfectly as advertised. The only thing that was quite minor was the fact that the second-hand that came with it had a male mount and the motor requires a female mount for the second-hand. We'll live without a second-hand. Otherwise, this is a good product.

Sent a photo of the old hands along side a ruler and got perfict new hands.

We had a clock that stopped working. I took it apart to see exactly what the device size was. It was a Takane. I measured the shaft length (threaded and overall) so that i knew which size unit to order. After ordering and getting the confirmation email, I clicked “ contact seller” and confirmed the size and also attached a photo of the old clock hands next to a ruler so that they could send the same hands for the new unit. It worked perfectly. It’s easy to install as they include a simple diagram. Advice is to take the old one apart first and make sure you know exactly which size to order. Worked like a charm.

It was difficult to decide which clock would fit my application. I was very close with my guess. However, I had to modify the installation to make it work correctly. The hands I purchased for it did not fit even though I went with the clock's exact dimensions. Found an old set that worked. The clock itself is accurate and very quiet.
