I am surprised at the quality of it. I thought I was ordering just a cheap arm but this is great. The magnet is very very strong. I had to yank it off! They give you a rubber piece to put on the magnet so it doesn’t scratch anything. And rubber pieces to put over the clamps if you need to. Glad I ordered this. Waiting for the other two sizes to arrive!

This guy has one strong magnet! I wanted something to hold floral specimens as I sketch them, and hoped for something that would be hard to knock over. No danger of that happening with this! The magnet is strong enough to keep my flowers upright no matter how many times I bump into the darn thing. I just wish the clamp would open wider as the small size limits what can be held.

After using the 100 arm for about a month, the epoxy failed and the arm came out of the base. I contacted Alphidia, and within hours I received a reply from the founder, who took care of the issue. I also have a 300 arm that is holding up well.The great customer support this company provides convinced me to continue using their products.

They work perfectly for holding my mirror while I weld. Only problem I had so far is the black cover/sheet that covered the magnet came off, but thats probably just because of the environment I put it through. I fixed it easily with some glue and tape to keep the magnet clean.

Bought this to hold smaller miniatures on my QuadHands base. It works perfectly and I don't have to twist excessively to position the figurine where I want it for painting.
