The Best Clinical Thermometer – Accurate, Reliable, and Mercury-Free!
The Geratherm Classic Clinical Thermometer is hands down the best I’ve used. It’s incredibly reliable and provides fast, accurate readings every time. I love that it’s mercury-free, making it a safer choice, and since it’s an analogue thermometer, there are no batteries required, which is both eco-friendly and convenient. The build quality is excellent, and it’s made in Germany, so you know it’s durable and of top-notch quality. Whether you need it for everyday use or for more precise measurements, this thermometer has you covered. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a trustworthy and high-performing thermometer!

Requires a vigorous shake
We have had mixed experiences using the new electronic thermometers so we bought this traditional glass one to use. It appears well made but we had initial reading errors. This was down to a need to shake the thermometer quite vigorously in order to get the reading to below 37 as it was well above this on arrival from Amazon. It did state the need to do this in the instructions and I guess we have seen nurses doing this in the very distant past. So its okay but probably not as easy to use as expected.

Glass thermometer review
Very accurate more than any other thermometer. Easy to use. The only thing against it is that is very delicate. Easily to break.

This is not for the weak person
It takes a lot of force to shake it down, so it's not for the weak or sick. I think I need a centrifuge to get it down.

I love this classical thermometer!
Liquid thermometers are the best! They might look less precise than digital ones but they are in fact very precise and my GP recommended then over the digital ones. When I dropped and broke my previous one, I bought the same model again. (They don’t break easily!) Durable, good value per money, easy to use and read.
