PrimoChill True Infused - Insanely Concentrated Liquid Pre-Mix (8oz) - Opaque Sky White SX

I've been using this coolant for about 4 months now and it still look as good as the day I filled my loops. Not sure what the other reviewers did wrong or what reaction caused theirs to turn clear or maybe I received an updated formula but I haven't had any issues. Little expensive but it does make a full gallon so the price is justifiable to some degree. It's the whitest I've used and I've used them all. From Mayhem's to XSPC and every brand in between. This is the best by far. Just make sure to use distilled or deionized water and you should be good. Make sure to use the correct ratio when mixing too. I mixed mine a bit heavy on the coolant side and used less water. I didn't mind losing a little in the end. So I may have made about 3/4 of a gallon. And yes, you can dye this. It will take more dye than it would a normal coolant though. This is because the coolant is so opaque and concentrated it takes more dye to achieve the color you may be after. I made a bottle of orange using this as a base and it took almost a full bottle of dye to get it to the color I was after.

Used the SysPrep as recommended, liquid separated out within two weeks. Gunk got stuck in my pump and jammed it when the PC sat off for a weekend. Had to drain and flush the loop, brush out all the block. This fluid looks amazing for a couple day, definitely a showroom product. But I will not use again for long term.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  It excessively builds up in any water cooling system, soft or hard tubing it does not matter. As much as i love how this fluid looks, unless you plan on regularly flushing and internally cleaning your parts do not use this fluid. It will build up and cause blockage or worse; overheating. I hope primochill can address this problem in the future because they make great pigments.

Not sure if I got a good bottle or other did not follow instructions. Mine is still nice opaque white since I installed it in April. (pics are from July)I gave it 4 stars because I think it did cause some minor clogs as expected (nano liquids will cause this regardless) but it is not at least in my case as bad as other mentioned. My 6800k/1080TI still idles at mid 20's and hit 40s while gaming.I will clean the blocks as my annual maintenance this December and I will see but in general any nano fluid or opaque will have this issue.

15+ years of watercooling, broke my one rule of not using additives, and surprise surprise, using anything but distilled water causes garbage-time in your blocks. This trash-town product not only didn't stay white, but gunked up both my CPU block and my GPU block, as I absolutely knew in my heart it would. I had to disassemble my entire system to restore flow after 6 months of running this crap.

So far seems to be doing a good job I'm still doubtful after so many mix reviews but I really wanted to try it opaque color and the white goes well with (Jing Yang) I will edit my post in 4 months once I have to replace liquid

Bought on oct. 12th and it has already turned clear. Go with the XSPC coolant; way better!!

So far, 1 star for now. After 8 days, it turned clear. I bought it again, so I will try it again. If it holds, I will re-rate it.

L'impianto in cui dovrò inserire il refrigerante è in corso di realizzazione e non posso ancora esprimermi sulla qualità del prodotto in se ma intendo, da subito, fornire alcune indicazioni.Per prima cosa segnalo che sul sito Amazon (al 25/11/2017) è riportato che il concentrato vada diluito in un litro d'acqua distillata o demineralizzata al fine di ottenere una soluzione di refrigerante pronta per essere inserita nel loop del nostro PC. Questa informazione è errata. Il contenuto della bottiglietta va diluito in un gallone (3,78 litri) di acqua distillata o demineralizzata e fornirà un quantitativo di refrigerante ben superiore a quello indicato dalla pessima traduzione inserita dal venditore.Questa, la prima doverosa premessa.La seconda cosa rilevante da segnalare è che all'interno della confezione è inserito anche un flacone di SYS Prep da 15 ml che andrà anch'esso diluito in un gallone d'acqua distillata o demineralizzata e che andrà fatto girare nel circuito di raffreddamento per almeno 12 ore per preparare l'impianto a ricevere il refrigerante vero e proprio. La presenza del liquido di pre trattamento è cosa certamente positiva e ne consiglio l'utilizzo al fine di eliminare eventuali contaminanti dall'impianto che potrebbero reagire con il refrigerante provocando reazioni indesiderate.Passiamo ad altro.Sulla confezione è scritto che il prodotto è una soluzione riempi e dimentica (fill and forget); un prodotto per principianti o utenti avanzati, da usare senza pensieri o mal di testa (without the headaches). All'interno troviamo un foglio illustrativo che dice cose assai diverse tra cui:1- Il prodotto è destinato unicamente ad utenti esperti/professionali;2- l'uso di refrigeranti colorati provocherà irrimediabilmete (WILL ABSOLUTELY scritto nel testo in grassetto e maiuscolo) la colorazione delle componenti dell'impianto;3- il prodotto, una volta inserito nell'impianto, potrebbe perdere la colorazione entro le prime 24/48 ore e, tale eventualità, renderà necessario procedere all'immediato svuotamento e lavaggio dell'impianto che, successivamente, potrà essere nuovamente riempito;4- qualora le componenti disciolte nel liquido dovessero separarsi potranno formarsi depositi che andranno rimossi immediatamente tramite svuotamento e lavaggio di tutte le componenti (each individual component) dell'impianto medesimo (davvero un bel mazzo - nota personale).5- Ricordate quanto detto sopra (fill and forget)? Beh, l'ultima avvertenza è una vera chicca: traduco testualmente "... se intendete riempire il loop e dimenticarvelo, raccomandiamo FORTEMENTE di non usare True Opaque". E aggiunge: Il prodotto True Opaque andrà sostituito ogni sei mesi o prima, se necessario.La valutazione effettiva del prodotto verrà da me aggiornata tra qualche tempo dopo il riempimento e l'utilizzo nell'impianto ma attesa la grave contraddittorietà tra le indicazioni riportate in bella mostra sulla confezione e quelle certamente meno rassicuranti riportate sul foglio illustrativo all'interno della confezione stessa, non posso certo dare una valutazione positiva. Si tratta di una contraddittorietà che, probabilmente, è tesa a mettere prudenzialmente le mani avanti rispetto ai problemi che potrebbero sorgere nell'utilizzo del prodotto ed a proteggere il produttore dalle conseguenti rivendicazioni risarcitorie da parte dell'utilizzatore. Appare logico pensare che più di qualche evento negativo si sia effettivamente verificato perché se si fosse trattato di un episodio ogni migliaia di casi non sarebbe stato , forse, necessario un warning tanto esplicito. Metto due stelle al posto di una perché le avvertenze di cui sopra mettono, comunque, l'utilizzatore in condizione di essere consapevole dei rischi e perché la presenza del liquido di pre lavaggio è un dato certamente positivo che va, altresì, considerato.
