Great Item
I used this Dutch Oven to make sourdough bread. Worked great!

Love this Dutch Oven!
It's lightweight so it is not overly heavy for an older woman to handle when it's full of food. Hold up well. Dishwasher safe. I now own two of these!

Love the pot
Very lightweight and good quality. Nothing sticks or burns. Easy to clean and dry.

Lightweight, yet will not hold heat.
I use this pan all the time. It is attractive, the non stick finish works well, easy to clean and so easy to cook an egg or two and clean up afterward. But it's not good for Indian food, large stews or even thicker chops, or what you call braising. It loses a star just because they could've put a heatproof handle on top instead of an aluminum one. I replaced the knob, there are many available on Amazon that work, just so I could remove the lid without two mits (one to hold the slippery pan, the other to remove the top). Now, this pan, being very lightweight and aluminum, cannot really be used as a dutch oven, because the heat is transmitted quickly from the burner to the pan (and lid !) and sometimes it seems the pan sides and lid get hotter than the food. For real dutch oven use, try a heavy cast iron (w ceramic coating) a Le Creuset or clone. But I don't detract any stars because it's unfair to compare this to a much more expensive, heavy pan and you can't have it both ways, there's no getting around the laws of thermodynamics
