Purchased for buffing gel coat.
Many years of experience in the paint and body business. Found this product to be very fairly priced it works very well with a wool pad on gel coat.. remember, gelcoat loves Heat! If finish is oxidized badly- wet sand with 1,200 - 1,500 then go to town!

Truly the best whether your a pro or noob
Worked great on 13 year old neglected Toyota white single stage paint (titanium dioxide tint is so durable it doesn't require clearcoat). Also works better than most headlight specific cleaners (just be sure to put a UV protectant on afterwards). Read the directions- need to work the same spot for a while to get the full effect of the magical mechanism- the grit factor reduces as it is used, instead of a 3 step process with pricey 3M products, I got the same amazing results with this stuff.

At least there is some grit in there.
I been in the body and paint buissnes 40 years and nothing comes close to 3M super duty for getting the hard buff jobs done.Malco products do an excellent job on 2000 grit scratches..I give them 2nd place for the next best thing..

The best product I have ever tried.
I have been in the detailing industry for 23 years, I have tried many compounds and this stuff is one of the best ones I have tried. I had been using the 3M super dirty, but lately it's becoming more and more expensive, do I decided to try something new and cheaper and this one is the one, it is a lot better and a lot cheaper. I totally recommend this product, 100% .

Aggressive, really cleans well.
Just be careful. The grit is nice and there is a lot of it, and if you apply too much pressure you are going to be sorry. However, I really like this product. It helped me clean up a mess that was on a car that was left under a tree for two weeks and was full of sap and other bad mess. Plus, this product cleans up well. I just followed it with some 3M perfect it, and the paint job on that car is factory fresh now.

Love this stuff
I’ve been painting and buffing cars for 40 years. This the best course compound I’ve EVER used. I’ve got arthritis in my hands and hate squeezing compound bottles. I just poor the compound into cup and apply with a paint brush

Good for paint correction but really hard to use on color sand buffing..
