Great, if you don’t mind the patterns.
I confess that I bought these because I saw an ad for the Carlin, a much more expensive, but similar-looking hair accessory. They’re the same basic concept: a bun form that you don’t have to carefully hide in your hair, since it’s designed to be seen. I already have some of the bun forms that you have to hide, and they can look good if I put in the effort to carefully arrange my hair to cover every last bit of the bun form, but that’s more work than I usually want to do.These are very quick and easy to use, and look adorable on kids, or I suppose on grownups who want to wear jaunty little bunny ears in silly patterns. They hold hair securely, and are very comfortable to wear. I can put all my fine, slightly wavy, hip-length hair up in one of these and do gardening and chores for hours without my hair getting in the way. These are made of smooth woven fabric, over what feels like soft foam, over wire. The fabric looks like it was designed to be seen, not hidden, which doesn’t necessarily mean the patterns are worth seeing. I got six different colors, in three different patterns. Two are polka dotted, white on navy, and red on pale pink. The polka dots give a fun, retro, Rosie the Riveter look. I also got two flower prints, which are OK I suppose. They have so many colors, they both coordinate and clash with any outfit. But I also got two lip prints, white with red lips and light blue with pink lips, which are just ridiculous. They also have the word “passion” printed on them, but a lot of the words are cut up, so it looks like it could be “poison” when you see just parts of the word. It looks like a 1980s retro pattern, and I didn’t even like ‘80s fashion in the ‘80s. My girls, ages 9 and 11, immediately dismissed the lips as way too cringy for them to wear.I don’t see why these need to be in patterns at all instead of solid colors. Some simple black, white, red, blue, etc would look great, even elegant. Or fabric that’s woven in multiple shades of one color (like threads of various shades of blue woven into one fabric) would coordinate with a lot of outfits, since it would match any shade of blue. But considering how these have just a little fabric showing from under hair, having that fabric show a disembodied lip or part of a word that might be “poison” is just weird. The patterns seem to be the main disadvantage of these over the Carlin, which you can choose in a wide variety of solid colors. If I wanted to wear something like this in public, I might spring for a Carlin, or cover one of these in a less silly fabric.

Easy to use, functional, some cute prints
I have long quarantine hair and I wanted to try these bun twists to give my shedding hair a rest from hair bands and scrunchies. These bun twists are great for the price and work great, even for a beginner. As I'm wearing them around the house, I have no real quarrel with the fashion of the prints, but it would be nice to choose all florals, or all novelty prints. Several had cute fashion prints that I'd feel comfortable wearing outside my house, but a couple had "kissy" prints that were a bit cheesy. Overall, a nice hair accessory until I can feel safe going to the salon again, and very good in terms of no hair damage whatsoever.

Wear out fast
So cute. I wanted to love these but afyet using one a few times, I can't get it to keep my hair up any longer. I think the metal inside gets too twisted and then it doesn't function properly. I can use one about 4-5 times before I need to move onto the next one, which will then work great until the same thing happens again

Not for thick hair
These are definitely not for thick hair. Very flimsy. And I wouldn't recommend them for thin or medium thickness hair either. They are more for decorating.Maybe you could put up your hair then wrap these around whats already up. But they wouldn't hold up a fly.

Cute and easy.
Just got this in today. Worked well on my stubborn Asian hair that normally bounce everything back out. My daughter is mixed and hair not as stubborn, turns out so nice that she wants this done for school tomorrow. She is in Fifth grade. I didn't need fifty Bobby ponds to hold it in too. Just the twist. Wish it comes with more colors and patterns. Loving how cute it looks!Note: the set I received was not foam. It was a fabric with around what feels like a wire frame. The fabric is really sturdy. I roll it up in the morning around 6:30/7 and I work all day and it still sits firm and tight up till when I go and take it down around 10. Very cute and professional looking. I literally do not have to touch, readjust, or brush through my hair with these bows in. I work in the medical field and don't have time to keep fussing over my hair, so these are perfect. I will be buying more and hope they are the same quality.

Sad hair
I really wanted these to work :( . I had some as a kid and it held great. I think I struggled with these because the fabric is super stiff which made it difficult for my hair to wrap around it . However, I have pretty long hair and wonder if it’s made for shorter lengths . I am disappointed. The price was right for several pieces, but I needed to to be functional , which it failed .

So easy to use; leave hair with perfect curls
I sleep with my hair piled on top of my head, but can't stand any pulling. With these little curler/bun makers I can wrap my hair (slightly below shoulder length, wavy) into one loose bun, using the long, wired ends to hold the bun in place (gently) and wake up with gorgeous, smooth curls. In other words, I use it just like I would to make a bun during the day, but more loosely and at night... and curls, with no pulling. What sets this apart from any of the other solutions I've tried is that the tails have wires in them all the way out to the ends, letting me secure my bun without wrapping too tightly. I wish I could order them in solid colors, as I'd definitely wear them during the day, but as it is, all but the dots are too little girly for me.
