no audio video
i have connected my surface pro 4 via usb to the adaptor and via HDMI to my TV, there are no sound or picture on TV or my computer,when i disconnect the adptor from computer both sound and picture is resumed on my computer.it seems the adaptor blocks the information ( sound and picture ) from the computer to TV.My TV recognises the computer as the source but no audio and video

Simply will not work with Windows 10 and Drivers provided on a CD. What device needs separate drivers these days?
