This product is completely useless!
Shipping is fine, but that's the only upside to this review. This feels extremely cheap, it doesn't fit my hand well and the strap that came with it.. to secure the instrument to my hand wasn't made correctly. If this product was made a little bit more sturdy an out of better materials and made the fastners correctly... This could possibly be a great tool to help people who use their hands a lot, like for me I am a gamer... Maybe.

Assembly required
Device came in a bag as 12 parts, including 4 very tiny screws, and it had to be assembled. Instructions were written by someone who spoke English as a second language. No picture of what it looks like when assembled. Package included a foam pad and did not say where this pad went; I guessed. No instructions on how to use device. I am an engineer and figured out how to put the thing together, but I am not happy.

Fantastic Device!
I was worried after reading some of the negative reviews on this product, but I am glad I went ahead with the purchase! I've only used it a few times and I can already feel the difference from using it. The quality of the device isn't as bad as some reviews make it out to be but I don't expect to pass this down to grandchildren and will more than likely go through another one of them as I expect the bands to wear out (I haven't looked into replacement bands yet, hopefully that is an option).

It is physically very beneficial
After reading about your product, I was convinced that it would serve as a physical therapeutic product that would also provide comfort to the finger rings of for my dearest friend who had a stroke. I assembled it for him and placed it on his left hand. He had been looking for a hand device for awhile when I presented your product, he really liked the comfort of of the silicon rings on all his fingers. However, there was one orientation problem. His fingers are contracted inward and Rocky Grip is designed to pull the fingers inward. So, I had replaced the Rocky hand grip up side down in order to extend his fingers, although it was a bit uncomfortable, but repositioning the Rocky Grip worked to his benefit. He also liked the extra finger silicon replacements. It would have been even better if five extras instead of one. also purchased the warranty that was offered which is great for all other parts.Thank you for your product.Rose

Works great
After having some issues not receiving the complete assembly which the seller did work very hard to get to me I have been able use it which it is great but there is one flaw. Where the bands sit at in the hooks there is a weak point and while you are trying to get it adjusted to where it feels comfortable over the first few days the band can start to get a stress crack and eventually break. I had one band go already and another about too. I did fortunately receive 1 extra band which I think was by mistake so the one that snapped has been replaced but the second one will eventually go as well. Overall other than this small defect it works great. It was simple to put together and is easy to operate. I have already started to feel a difference in my hands which I work on a computer all day and play instruments so my hands get used a lot.

I like this product
I liked it so much that I bought a second one so I can do exercises on both hands at the same time. It was easy to assemble. It comes with some instructions on how to use it, and there is more on their website. The rubber bands will break over time, but it comes with extras. There is more to doing the exercises than I originally thought. I started out with the easiest tier. It is quite a workout.

Pretty good overall if your wrists are large...
If you have small wrists try different product won’t fit. I use for a pinched nerve in neck that causes issues to fingers. When pain starts I put on and just flex hand and over time it helps with pain. It’s very hard material at palm but probably has to be that way to support the strap bands. My wrist just barely fits that thing and I don’t have small wrists. I wish that straps had lids on the tops to keep them near the top of my fingers is only other issue they slip down to near knuckles with just few pulls then I need to adjust back to tips. Overall gets job done for pain removal better then anything else I’ve tried. Good luck everyone.

Mechanically Inclined A MUST!!!!
An extreme piece of CRAP!! As a Q.A. Tech for 30 years then CAD/CAM programmer this product caught my eye (the concept) Easy assembly or user friendly instructions, a farce, or it would be shipped complete. 5&6 shows under & over which causes gross confusion. Assembly is obviously a fixture requirement. The thumb rings and rubber part pops out while the screwed plate is attempted. SAD! Otherwise it is working the muscles as expected.
