Good heat. Great for those who suffer from stiff necks after sitting for long periods of time
I've been getting stiff neck and shoulders from long hours of sitting down and working on my computer. Bought these NeckHeat patches to try out and they are amazing! I like it that you can split the patch into 2 to use it on any part of the shoulder unike other patches. The patches starts to heat up almost instantly and the heat given off is just right to soothe the aches. The best part of it - the heat can really last. I used the product in the morning and by night time, it was still warm. These are defnitely the best patches i've tried so far and will be getting more.

No Heat!
There are three packets. Zero out of three became hot. Do not buy. Not even warm. An extreme waste of money. Try something else.

Comfortable heat that eases muscle tension
Works nicely as described. I like the heat that comes out of it, it is at a comfortable temperature, comfortable enough for me to fall asleep with it on a cold night. It is interesting that the shoulder pads can be split into two. For me, my right shoulder and lower back was aching, so I ended up using one patch on my shoulder and one on my back. Not what I am supposed to do, but it works for me. Based on the instructions, I am also supposed to remove the heat patch every once in a while, but I woke up in the morning with no issues. Nice product.

These are good, but not great
These are good, but not great. It's really hard to keep them in place unless you don't move at all once you put them on. Even reaching for a drink on my nightstand risks it falling off. The heat is quite soothing as long as it stays where it belongs, though.

Doesn't Stick Well. Stays hot half of the 12 hours its supposed to.
So I thought each neck warmer was 1 piece. It actually is 2 seperate pieces that can also aekwardly be worn as one. I applied 1 heat pad to each shoulder/back area because of my bad chronic pain there. Immediately, it was obvious. The sticky part is barely sticky at all. It just keeps flopping off my back. So I lied down, pressed against pillows, just to keep the pads in place. The pads do heat up. Nothing too serious, but the instructions tell you to continually remove the product for at least 5 minutes to "let your skin rest" throughout the whole 12 hours.Well, I could just stand up for that. The pads just flopped backwards off my skin, under my shirt, so that was pretty easy. I did not keep doing that every single hour. It never became overly hot, so I felt comfortable. My chronic pain is complicated and deeply imbedded in my shoulders, back and neck. So although the slight heat felt alright, it didn't make any pain feel much better. But it was relaxing. The pads are still on my back, but they're only very slightly warm. Oh wow. So that was only about 6 hours that they were actively toasty. It claims to stay heated for 12. But this temperature just feels like some leftovers from the heat from before.I won't be buying these again, although I do think the heat will be helpful for some people. But it's expensive to purchase many of these, and that's not gonna cut it for someone like me, who feels constant pain. But that's not the company's fault. It's obvious there was work put into making these heat pads. They don't smell, and they're simply made of Iron, Activated carbon, Water, Salt, and Vermiculite (a mineral). What I don't get is why the stickiness is SO weak. You can feel it right away when you unwrap the individual plastic. I actually thought, What? How are these supposed to stick to ANYthing?.....So they failed to stay on too securely. They provided essentially half the hours of heat they claim to provide. They do stay warm for a while though, and heat is generally relaxing.I hope it helps your pain, strain or discomfort. It did not help my muscle pain noticeably. I mean the heat was nice I suppose, but this would he an expensive habit wouldn't it?I have a fantastic, soft, lavender colored moist heat neck/ shoulder/back wrap filled with many herbs and lavender flowers. Just heat quickly in the microwave, and it gives you reaaaally deep penetrating heat into the muscles. And smells so good. These pads are good for being on the move, but is so, these actually have to be made to stay on the skin. And if you really removed it ever hour? It would definitely barely stick at all.

Worked wonders for my wife!
I got this product for my wife and she LOVED it! My wife works at a desk job and gets neck aches on occasion. I purchased this product for her to soothe the pain. She said the pain went away after using it once and asked me where i got it. I would highly recommend this product to anyone with neck aches.
