good quality bran but rather expensive.

I ordered this to make my husband, his favorite, bran muffins. I was so pleased when I opened the first pack of how good the bran smelled. It was light, fluffy and had a wonderful fresh smell. I made the bran muffins with a popular recipe and they turned out the best of any bran muffins I have made. I am excited to try this and other recipes.

By doing this you get the healthy benefits of firmer stool and less leakage.I know wheat bran is high in nutritional value over popping a couple of pills. It functions more as in add in to my diet than anything. I eat it every day by dipping a banana into the wheat bran, as well as incorporating it into my smoothies. By eating the raw wheat bran I know I’m getting the most value for my money as far as health benefit goes. But the cost of Olde Mill Wheat Bran and how much you get is also with my money in savings and taste.
