I've tried several "off-brands" of K Tape and this is the best one I've found. It works great, strong adhesion, and is less than half the price of the original. I can't believe how well it works to take my knee pain away Instantly! It has given me back my mobility! If only I could figure out how to tape my own elbows I'd be all set.

Works great for binding. Very comfortable and good quality. Stays very well, waterproof, sweat proof, awesum….Plus 2 rolls for $9 is great value, and It has a nice variety of colors.Remember to soak it with baby oil before removing though or else it’ll hurt

Bought this for my pregnant belly. Works wonders especially when planning on doing a lot of walking. The only negative I would say is that it is SUPER hard to get off if you don't wear it for more than 3+ days. I tried to take it off early for my ultrasound and it ripped my skin on my belly. Easiest to remove in the shower but does leave some residue.

This tape is very comparable to K-tape, it is pre-cut for easy use, sticks well, and helps with muscle pain as it should. Saves alot of money and does the trick!

I purchased this tape just to see how this compares to KT brand tape. Previously I used 20 rolls of KT tape under conditions identical to this brand tape. I used while working around , biking, bathing, and hiking. In three days the KT tape had to be removed because of sticking problems, or KT tape caught on clothes or bedding. This new brand tape has lasted for six days and looks almost like I just applied it. I am using this for moderate to severe Achilles tendinitis, and when tape is in place I have almost no pain, or mild to moderate discomfort. I absolutely have no doubt which kinesiology tape I will be using from this point forward. No comparison for overall performance.

I use these for over a year consistently to help with a knee injury. They did a great job and my knee is all better! I'd tried other tapes at varying price points and this is my absolute favorite! It's very easy to work with and the staying power is very good for me. I can often get a couple weeks or more out of these. It's a little less for my teenager but that's common for her that things don't stick as well as they do on my old skin hahaha. As a parent of two dancers, I keep these on hand for all the various strains and aches they have.

This tape phrase on both sides. It only lasts about a day and a half, 2 days tops, and when you peel it off some of the black string sticks to your knee or the side of your knees! I am not happy with this! The kinesiology tape I got at Target the Up and Up brand was much better quality! It does stick very well though!

This tape has worked great for my weak ankle. I had been reading up on how to tape an ankle with this type of tape, so I bought it and gave it a go. This tape sticks really good to your skin but does not irritate it.when I would have to remove it, the tape came off with no problem. The tape has done a great job giving me support while ai work on strengthening my ankle.

Quality and materials are as equally good as one of the popular KT brand.The adhesive does not irritate the skin and has great adhesion.The tape stayed on even after taking a shower, was able to leave the tape on for 2 days and didn't fall off.Brought this when it was on sale ($16.99 for 2 rolls) at this price it was a great buy!

Really easy to use. Not had to remove yet as only been on 24hrs. Washed fine. Did wear a sock to bed to protect against rolling up against sheets. No skin reaction. Comes in preset lengths which you can cut and adapt. So far, so good!

Better than expected, the tape stays on in place for days if you wish. Works to relieve strained muscles. I use on one knee and its perfect to support and take the pain away
