Ad is for a four pack. Does it come with four plugs or one? Bad reviews indicate customers only got one plug.

I got 4 plugs in one box. So I ordered two boxes for my 5.3L. I got them installed and so they are working well!

How many plugs in your "4 pack"?

I had "store pickup" for myself as it was only a few blocks away. But, when I asked for my 2 four packs ( I was assuming that I was ordering two boxes with 4 spark plugs in each box). Which would be a quantity of 2 of the item number purchased which by the only picture representing the item being purchased clearly has 4 (Four) spark plugs in a row The person behind the counter said...oh no, this order is for two (2) spark plugs. The item number is per: Each...meaning 1 (One). I showed them my online order with everything as just described and they had no choice but to give me 8 spark plugs. They did not want to, but they did.

How many plugs in your "4 pack"?

Depends on which seller they come from. I had one order from Amazon.com, and the other Shipped by AIMS Auto. The Amazon order only had 1 plug, the other order had all 4. They were only ordered 10 minutes apart and arrived 1 day apart. Since the item was then sold out, Amazon refunded my order and let me keep the single plug. Sucks because I had to buy 3 more at AutoZone for $7.99/ea
