I purchased more than a dozen rugs at this price point in the last five years. This rug is better looking and much higher quality than all other rugs I purchased in the past. The black/camel rug is accurately described, however, the photos included in the listing appear washed out by comparison. The base color is ivory/bone with a hint of light grey. Accent colors include black, grey, dark grey, camel, and off-white. The rug is extremely neutral and will work well in just about any room or style.On a scale of 1 to 10, I give this rug a 9.5, which is the highest rating Ive given to a rug at this price point.NOTE: It is important that you do not use a commercial vacuum to clean a wool rug. The hard brush and suction strength can damage the rug as other reviews have mentioned. A standard upright vacuum with light suction is recommended two or three times a month. If you like this rug, just buy it! You will not be disappointed.UPDATE - It's been three months since I purchased this rug and I could not be more pleased. I vacuum (I have 5 of these rugs) twice a week and the have had no problems, regardless of high traffic. I dare say....4.9 stars!

Very high quality, heavy rug that laid flat the minute we installed it. It has a soft and sturdy feel, has an elegant sheen that’s characteristic of natural wool. We got the light grey and it has subtle streaks of a darker gray and tan that gives it a depth. I’ve added pictures of how it looks against cream fabric furniture, light wood flooring and brass accents. The size is exactly 10X14. We are extremely happy with this rug, it’s everything we expected it to be and more!

Had these rugs placed on the floor for less than a month. Vacuuming causes fibers to fuzz up, some fingers tangle up the vacuum brush. Didn’t use them until after the 30 return window had expired Had know idea the quality was poor. But they are beautiful to look at. Just don’t clean them Contacted manufacturer directly and was advised to deal with the retailer where rugs were purchased. They offer no extended warranty.

I got the beige color rug (and doormats) and love them. Thick and plush. Hold up well in main room with a dog and a vacuum. Everything I’d expect from Safavieh.

This is a great rug. It’s thick, plush, and softer than I expected, but thankfully not even slightly shaglike. It feels good under bare feet. Color is very subtle, but noticeable like the photo. The only minor issue was that the corners never relaxed and laid flat, even after a couple of weeks. I had to roll them the wrong way a couple of times. Should have done that earlier.

This is our third carpet by Safavieh. We love them all, but especially this one! Great quality and very comfortable.I want to note that the seller is excellent. The order went wrong in December and it never arrived. It was a mistake by Fedex, but the store checked and sent us refund immediately. Re-ordered the same item and it arrived on time. Thanks for the efforts!
