I live in a apartment that has beautiful cream colored carpeting installed throughout. I have a small dog that is house trained but as he has aged (he's 13 now) he occasionally has an accident. I purchased the Bissell Pet Stain Power Brush Plus Portable Carpet Cleaner and it came with a sample of this cleaner. It worked so well that I bought the large size. It not only lifted the stain right away, it left my carpet smelling fresh and my dog has not been back to the same spot. Give this one a try and you won't be sorry.

Does a great job getting the stains out!

if you have a pet you NEED this, after one sweep with a Bissle carpet cleaner all the mud, dirt and stains were taken out of the carpet. Even year old stains in the carpet came out. This is amazing and so easy to do. We also got our full size bissle carpet cleaner for Amazon for like $100 and works amazing.

I discovered that one of my pets expressed dislike for the new Litter-Robot by urinating under my desk. I've used the Bissell Stain and Odor Remover somewhere between 5 - 10 times. I no longer smell the urine, however the post-dry smell of the Remover is horrible! I've run fans, opened windows, tried re-cleaning being super focused on suctioning up remaining liquid, but the odor doesn't go away or dissipate. (When the window is open or the fan's going, the smell is tolerable, but the weather's getting chillier and I can't keep turning to those options.) I now need a different cleaner to remove the odor.
