This is a little embarrassing and uncomfortable for me to talk about, but I feel like people suffering should know about this product. For me, I had pretty much exhausted every other source of relief for my chronic hemorrhoids and anal fissure. I didn’t think herbal gel could do that. But this product really helped me a lot. This is the best relief I’ve gotten from fissures in 2 year. I was very hesitant to try this, but I’m sooo happy I did. The tearing pain is 100% gone and the affected area is decreasing in swelling and slow going away. The pack is quite s generous so it’s only been about 2 weeks, at first I was applying 2x a day, now that I’m onto the second pack I just apply once. This is the closest I’ve been to fully healed since it started, I’ll definitely buy another pack or two if I’m not 100% healed after this one. With careful use, one applicator is enough for several times. Even ointments from my dr have not worked this well, as I feel this is healing it as opposed to just numbing out the pain. The minty feeling is quite odd, not particularly gross or unpleasant, just had to get used to it. I can’t believe I am writing a review for this. This is a tremendous product. After trying at no avail to aid with the horrible fissure surgery pain, this helped immensely. I was afraid to place inside with applicator as indicated on the box but just applying it in the outside are helped greatly. Then I applied it inside. Very quickly, I was completely numbed in the area and cloud move around and handle the muscle spams that were also part of my recovery. I didn’t want to have it surgically fixed, trying to find a more less painful way to heal the fissure, but i felt i had no choice after week of no relief I felt i had to get it surgically repaired, so I applied my doctor they scheduled the appointment with general surgery. I had 2 weeks to think it over. I started looking for more generous treatment options. Again, when you’re dealing with the issues that this product is designed for $20-$30 is nothing. I would have paid three times that much for a guaranteed cure. This stuff was basically a godsend for me!
