What are the sizes of the hot/cold packs?

She couldn’t use it because her Incision was up and down But was disappointed thought it’d b great Dr did to except for that

Can you use it with the post partum abdominal band?

You could, but for maximum cold/hot therapy we recommend removing the band while using this :).

Does it work for vertical incisions as well?
