She really knows how to work the body. Simple enough to follow, but challenging enough to give you a clear understanding on what body parts need more attention and what body parts need strengthening. Rolling my abs was different and helped me feel relaxed throughout my core---which I had no idea was so tense!

Not quite all I expected.
I thought I would get the video that I saw online telling how to use it. I did get a video, but not what I was hoping for.

Ultimate core strengthener but not for beginners
I'm buying this dvd again because I've used it so much my copy now skips. This is my go to every week and I only use it once a week combined with twice weekly dance exercise and twice weekly pilates. I've been using it now for about 3 years. This is NOT a programme for complete beginners. You need to already have pretty strong abs to begin with as well as a good degree of suppleness to be able to do any of these exercises and you need to start modestly and build gradually. You also ideally need the corgeous ball and a yoga brick to do these well. Substitutes are suggested but if your serious it's worth the proper investment.These are exercises that are seriously effective and truly amazing and that will build your core (note that is not just abs but back, neck muscles, glutes and your breathing muscles as well) to a degree that will amaze you and a difference you feel as well as clearly see. These exercises take time to do and time to be able to do. I'm nearly 58. I'm now almost as bendy and supple as my early 20's and have a body to be proud of in terms of how it performs and how it looks. This dvd teaches you how to build strength and stretch into muscles and even bones you wont believe you have or else you forgot about after 30. It wont give you the body of a 21 year old but it will give you a body that will last.Jill Miller is a guru. She is like a teachers teacher in what knows and how she teaches the application of that knowledge. If your looking for the ultimate in muscle exercise that teaches you and shows you how to strengthen, protect and care for your inner and outer body and without danger I cant recommend her more than that.
