If you have to be a formula family, this is the device for you. Great company to deal with too. We even got a second for the grandparents. Works well with the Enfamil Enspire formula and makes dad/partner's job a cinch when you're gone!

This product needs some modifications. It's too bad it only works some of the time. I believe the water backs into where the powder releases and keeps the machine from dispensing the formula. I constantly have to clean it out. I have made sure the machine is properly assembled. The problem is that moisture gets into the powder release station and clumps the formula keeping it from coming out properly. The turning hole gets moisture also and will stick shut. I think if the water release was maybe lower on the machine or if there was some way to keep backsplash from going back into the powder release station this would work.UPDATESo this company has been in touch with me. Kudos , because they seem like they care a great deal about their products and want to improve on his particular product - which says a lot. So, I wanted to add that this product DOES work if you clean it every couple of uses, but as I've mentioned to them.....this is very inconvenient especially at 3 am with a fussy baby.

Wouldn't dispense formula. Also no I instructions for use tried to reach manufacturers but no answers. Instructions not on line either

From a convenience standpoint, it's pretty awesome, when it functions.The included instructions are absolutely HORRIBLE. Instructions for assembling furniture from IKEA are easier to follow!Raise the price a buck or two and include better documentation. Or at least make something available online.It is awesome how fast it makes the bottle. But it has to be THOROUGHLY cleaned every few uses or it gets all gummed up.It's not difficult to do, but is a real pain cleaning the powder container opening.Only had it a few days. Maybe we'll like it more after more uses.------July 5thAfter using it for about a month, I'd still give it 2-3 stars.Sent multiple emails via the manufacturers webpage and never received a reply.We found that if you use a paper towel to touch where the mixture comes out, right after making a bottle, it pulls out the "stuff" that sits there and gets clogged. Makes it so you can easily get away with removing and cleaning it once a day.The formula feeder is the real pain. That opening gets gummed up easily. We use a plastic knife to remove the built up formula.

I bought this machine after extensive research and settled on this after finding deal breakers on the other brands (e.g. metallic water reservoir). It is easy to set up and configure and the calibration result was quite accurate as I did the calculations myself afterward​ and found it to be precise. At the time of writing this review, we have just completed our first night using this machine and I can say that the ease of process makes it all the worthwhile for the price tag. Here are my pros and cons for this product:Pros:- After calibration, the dispensed formula is quite accurate.- Nice compact design.- All the parts are easy to attach and detach.- All the parts are made of BPA free plastic.- I would not consider the machine noisy during preparation.- The dispensed formula does not contain lumps of powder.- The temperature is accurate as well.- Ready to drink immediately.- Neat, compact design.Cons:- The panel stays lit when the machine is on (A bit annoying in a dark room).- The tray where the bottle rests is not height adjustable.- The manual does not say as I am not sure if the washable parts are dishwasher safe.Overall: Highly recommended! So far, this is a must buy for every parent who knows how hard and tedious it is preparing a bottle in the middle of the night (multiple times).
